Ingredients

almond 50 g
sugar 50 g

Cooking method

  • I saw the idea for this cake at Tatiana celfh, for which many thanks to her !!! but I baked the cake a little differently).
  • It turned out to be another berry pie made of crispy nut dough with a soufflé filling and a pleasant sourness from the berries, which harmoniously softens the sweetness of the soufflé).
  • You can take any berry for the pie: blueberries, blueberries, raspberries, pitted cherries, black currants, I have just the last one in my pie.
  • Grind nuts (in a food processor, blender), add sifted flour, softened butter, sugar and mix until smooth, add an egg and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the dough into a split mold (in my D24 cm) and distribute the dough over the mold, forming high sides.
  • To pour, beat the eggs with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved, add the starch and stir until smooth, then add sour cream and also until smooth. Pour the prepared berries into the filling, mix gently.
  • Pour the filling into the batter mold. Put the form in preheated to 180 gr. oven on the top shelf, bake the pie until the pouring in the center of the pie flutters slightly (it took me 1 hour, but after 40 minutes, watch the pie).
  • Cool the finished pie in the form for 10-15 minutes, after that the side can be removed (the dough comes off easily, I do not even grease the form). Cool the cake completely, you can eat it slightly warm, the filling turns into a soufflé and keeps its shape well.

I love sour cream. Sanya, I really liked the nut dough. But I am always afraid that it will be too dry. Ainachinka for sour cream is a flight of imagination. It's a very nice cake.
