Chicken legs in honey-soy sauce (grill gas).

Ingredients

Chicken legs 3 pcs
Honey 2 tbsp. spoons
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt pepper taste
Dried or fresh herbs
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • For the marinade: melt honey in a bath, add soy sauce and tomato paste (or Bulgarian pepper paste), mix, add dried or fresh herbs (finely chopped).
  • Wash the legs, dry them, cut into the thighs and drumsticks. I recommend piercing the thighs with a knife in 2-3 places. So they are better marinated and baked.

  • Put in the marinade for 2 hours. Then spread out on a wire rack and bake for 25-30 minutes. If the underside of the pieces is not brown, this happens if many pieces are placed on the wire rack, then when the meat is ready, turn the pieces over and bake for another 5 minutes, until a golden color appears.
