Ingredients

Eggs 4-5 pcs
Milk 1 / glass
Cottage cheese 200 g
Salt taste
Soda on the tip of a knife
Sugar 2 table. spoons.

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Cool eggs well, separate the yolks from the whites. Put the proteins in the refrigerator.
  • Add cottage cheese, sugar, milk, soda to the yolks. Whisk well. Salt whites, beat until lather. Carefully combine the mixtures, mix so that the protein foam does not settle.
  • Divide the mixture into cocotte makers (I have a volume of 180 ml), filling them to 3/4, put on the grill. Bake covered over low heat for 15 minutes. If you allow the omelet to cool for a few minutes under the grill lid, you can carefully remove it from the cocotte without damaging it. At the same time, the cocktail will remain absolutely clean.
  • PLEASANT breakfast !!!

I saw this recipe in Yulia Vysotskaya's program "Let's Eat at Home". An omelet was baked in the oven. I decided to try it on the grill, it turned out great. I think this is a very good breakfast option. For a family "2 adults + 1 child", just 5 servings will fit on the grill ..... we have a child on vacation now, so I cook for two. I hope you enjoy it too.

It seems to me that you need to put it in a cold place, since the ceramic dishes can burst when the temperature drops. I don't have grill gas, so this is my personal opinion.
