Unusual apple pie in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris

Ingredients

apples 4-5 pcs (~ 1 kg)
butter - 120-150 g
flour 1 glass
semolina 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
baking powder 1.5-2 teaspoons
vanilla sugar 3 teaspoons
cinnamon optional taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare a dry mixture:
  • Sift flour. Combine flour with baking powder, sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar (1 spoon) and mix well.
  • Wash apples, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  • In a non-oiled multicooker form, lay out in layers: a layer of dry mixture, a layer of grated apples.
  • Thus, alternate layers until filling the mold (the last layer should be a dry mixture). Dry layers should be as thin as possible
  • Grate well chilled butter on a coarse grater and sprinkle with vanilla sugar (1-2 tablespoons). Cool the finished pie in a mold and cut.
  • Bake for 1.40 minutes.

Note

my cartoon polaris floris for 5 liters on baked goods 118-145 gr

I lined the bottom with baking paper with the sides higher (to the height of the cake), I was afraid that it would stick. Next time I'll try to just grease the mold with oil. It took me 7 apples, it turned out 7 layers: 4 dry and 3 apple. Since I was baking a cake on baking paper, I got it out right away. It turned out juicy and did not fall apart.

The more apples, the juicier it will turn out. You can put butter in pieces on dry layers to make it juicier.

I take it to me ... I really liked the recipe in the "simplicity" of preparation ...

The recipe for this cake is already only under the name Bulgarian Apple Pie here. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=171029.0

Olesya, tell me, how many degrees are in your multicooker on the Baking mode? Somehow in time it turns out a lot for baking. Is it because of the low temperature?
I liked the recipe, I want to bake such a cake, but I have a different cartoon, so I'm figuring out the intricacies of cooking
lisa567
I have a 5 liter polaris floris. We have 118-145 gr. For a long time, probably in order for the juice from the apples to soak the dry layers.
lillay
Olesya, thanks!
As soon as I make such a cake, I will report on the result!

looks great! In the piggy bank with gratitude!
Vafelka
Very nice cake and very simple! I will definitely try! Thank you!
CurlySue
I did this a couple of years ago.
If you do not save money, and use the oil, and not its substitutes, it turns out really delicious.
And the apples must be very juicy, otherwise the cake will not stick together and will crumble a lot.
Everything worked out for me, but my neighbor once came out too dry.
Take juicy apples, and do not spare them.

Olesya, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely cook it. CurlySue thanks for the comments: I will definitely listen. And I didn't really like the Bulgarian apple pie (under the link). Olesin is "tastier" on the photo and the apples are written as needed, but not there. And in general ... Olesya is great!

Yes, there is also the point that in this recipe the apples are grated (obviously because of this there will be enough juice), and in the recipe following the link, they were simply cut into slices ...

CurlySue, special thanks for the recommendations!
PySy ..I have already butted once with the fact that I gave a link to the same recipes - received - above the roof .. now I bypass this topic! Sori ... .. but in this case I will not comment on this topic further ...

Thank you girls for the praise! I am very glad that I liked the recipe. I took this recipe from the site of the multicooker, it is for Panasonic., I adapted it for my cartoon. Bake to your health !!!

I do not see anything wrong with giving a link. It's just that I don't watch all the topics, I haven't seen such a cake. Let them be the same, I wrote it in the topic for my multi. People will choose who they like which. For this, we are here and communicate, so that everyone writes their opinion and can get help and advice.

Thanks for the recipe! Baked for 1 hour 20 minutes. in the cartoon (Panasonic 18), cooled with the lid open until warm. In addition to apples, the filling contains pieces of juicy pear and sooo juicy peach. I covered each layer of the dry mix with a little margarine. It turned out not dry and very tasty, just great for coffee! Thank you!
Tumanchik
In early childhood, such a cake was baked in a duct by my mother (only with margarine). We loved it very much for its crispness! Thank you for the pleasant memories! We need to cook it for our own.
lisa567
Tatyana, how tall you are! I'm glad I liked the recipe.
I didn't bake with margarine, only with butter. How did it taste?
BlackHairedGirl
It tastes great! Doesn't crunch. Not dry at all, margarine helped. Everything is baked. Soft, very delicate, with apple and pear flavor. There was only one peach, almost inaudible. We liked it sooooo much, we ate half a pie at a time. In general, juicy fruits will go very well with this pie. The semolina perfectly absorbs everything. Juicy pears, peaches, nectarines - it will be great By the way, I cut pears and peaches into pieces and put them in the middle and top layers. I also have three layers of fruit and four dry mixes.
lillay
BlackHairedGirl , Tatyana, what a beautiful cake you have!
You need to do it yourself. I have a lot of plums, we have just the season. I think they will fit into the filling, along with apples ..
BlackHairedGirl
Lilya, thanks! It should be wonderful with plums and apples!

Olesya, thanks! Very tasty and simple!

Svetlana, please. Glad you liked. It turned out beautiful.

And I made this cake, but there is no photo, the cake ended very quickly ... This is its obvious disadvantage
It turned out delicious, I did it with apples and plums. Layered each layer with butter. She baked for 1 hour on the "baking" mode in the Oursson multi. The cake baked well, but was damp. Therefore, I had to wait until it cooled completely, only then remove it from the saucepan. Everyone was tired of waiting, looking at the cartoon and licking their lips ...
Prescription set off! I will bake another pie!
lisa567
Lilia is glad that she liked it! Next time, a photo from you !!!
* Anyuta *
I also cooked it yesterday, and in the morning I tried it - I really liked the taste ... So tender ... I took the apples of the Melba varieties
KatRin
And I cooked it an hour ago, already tasted it, it's delicious. I also threw a little cottage cheese, the rest. I remember cooking this recipe a few years ago. Just now it came in handy - the elder can't have eggs, and neither can I)

I'll try to pass it in the evening if I'm not spinning ..

Olesya, thanks for the recipe. It turned out to be a very tasty pie, although I baked it in Philips for 45 minutes. Juicy, delicious. Sorry, no photo. Before work I got it out of the multi. With coffee, a piece is just super
lisa567
Galina please! Glad you liked!

And I baked in dex and set it for 1 hour ... the first 15-20 minutes with a valve, and then I removed the valve so that there was no condensate ...
lisa567
* Anyuta * baked well in an hour? I just baked as in the original recipe, I didn't set less time. You have a dex, after all, a multicooker, why was it taken out into the valve, can it work without a valve?
Irma
Olesya, thanks for the delicious cake! I ran home from work and quickly cooked it. The fear of under-heating always fails me.I baked in Redmond for 60 minutes on baking and would have been enough, but I added another 20 minutes and slightly burned. But still we all really liked the taste.

already answered ...

and then she removed the valve - so that there was no condensate ...
Of course it can ... and condensation accumulates much less, it would be even more correct to say that it actually does not exist at all ...
This feature with condensate was "revealed" when I started to bake bread in MV, so if the valve had not been removed at all before, then the top of the bread was damp (precisely from drops) and so almost all the baked goods had ... but how did I start removing the valve, so baking has become perfect in every sense ...

I wanted to bake this cake for two weeks. I did it today, but I was afraid to bake in the cartoon. (I was afraid that when I pulled it out, it would crumble). I baked it in the oven in a glass pan so that all the layers are visible. Baking 1.30. It turned out very tasty and tender. But I would hardly be able to get out of shape. It looks more like a casserole. Thanks for the recipe. I will leave it and I will still do it.

Thanks for the recipe, made with my daughter. I cooked in a cartoon, covered it with paper, got it great. Very original taste - sweet layer and layer of sour apples - very tasty and fresh. Oils was greedy, but everyone really liked it.
lisa567
Alena, please, I'm glad that you liked the recipe !!!

In vain they were afraid. It comes out with the help of a basket-steamer great. Try it next time!
BlackHairedGirl
I just got this steamer. Only first I covered the pie right in the multicooker with the plate upside down. (My plate is such that it goes into the multicooker). And put a double boiler on top. And turned it over.
I don't know if she explained clearly
lisa567
All clear. I thought that you could not get it out of the multicooker, and then I read it carefully, it turned out to be out of the form.
KatRin
And you can make applesauce, I wonder?
lisa567
In applesauce, it seems to me, there is not enough liquid to soak the dry layers, the cake will simply fall apart. But you can try, if you put more oil on the dry layers, maybe it will work out.
Sonc
Hello everyone! The dacha is full of apples (we don't know where else to attach them), I tried to make this pie. It turned out very tasty!
lisa567
Glad you liked!
KatRin
With mashed potatoes, it turned out great, by the way. Forgot to unsubscribe)
lisa567
Wasn't it dry? How much oil did you put in?
Lёlka
And for some reason I got semolina porridge with apples

100 grams of oil put. Not dry, great pie

What baking time did you set? Did you do everything according to the prescription or with your own adjustment?
Lёlka
Yes, everything seems to be according to the recipe ... Maybe I took more apples? Baking in Polaris 0517 AD two cycles of 50 min.
lisa567
Apples, in principle, the more the better, I have 2-3 large apples per layer. I can't even guess why it didn't work out. I bake it periodically until everything worked out.
