Ingredients

mutton 500 g
onion (large) 2 pcs
carrots (medium) 1 PC
eggplant 1 PC
zucchini 1 PC
bell pepper red 2 pcs
chilli 0.5 pcs
fresh tomato 1-2pcs
cherry plum 6-8 pcs
garlic 1 head
potatoes 300-350 g
dry white wine 50 ml
parsley 1/2 bundle
dry basil 0.5 h l
dry tarragon 0.5 h l
mixture of four peppers (ground) 0.5 h l
barberry 3-4 pcs
coriander (ground) 0.5 box l
salt taste
olive oil 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the meat into small portions and place in a bowl. Pour in olive oil, wine, add pepper and parsley, stir and set aside.
  • 2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the onions in the multicooker bowl first, then the carrots. Lay the meat on top.

  • 3. Zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick, potatoes cut into halves, bell peppers into coarse strips.
  • Put cherry plum on the meat, then a layer of eggplant, then tomatoes, zucchini and bell peppers. Lay the potatoes on top. Place a head of garlic, washed and peeled from the top layer of husk, in the center. Season with salt and add all the spices.

  • 4. Switch on the "Extinguishing" mode, time 20 minutes.

Note

There are many options for this dish. It is prepared with both lamb and beef, and the set of vegetables and spices can be different. But the essence is the same - meat with vegetables languishes in its own juice. It turns out very juicy and aromatic.
