Aha, Light, calmed! And most importantly, she shifted all responsibility to our Tanyulka, like she drove her to me to use it! And now the work of drying, or rather its result, he liked. I haven't reached the apples yet, only dried tomatoes, onions and carrots. The plans are to add a dressing to soup from all this. In this regard, advice is needed, are the beets dried? Is it better to keep it in a separate container? Now the bell pepper is being dried, can it be added to the general mixture or not?

Len, drove up of course .. we met on the square .. and went to buy))) no matter that we are separated by 2 hours on the way by plane)))

Admin
the idea of a rental theme is extremely tempting !!!
Catwoman
I also liked the idea of Admin, although I never ask for a purchase permission. Let him think that he is in charge of the house. In the south I saw the inscription on the funbolka: "In our house, the main dad, and who is the dad, mom decides!" So let him think. that he is in charge.

Dried dill (store).
Since they brought it from the store and left it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator, it was slightly damp. I didn't wash, I was afraid that they would dry for a very long time.
I put it at 50 degrees, longer than the recommended time on the lid. as I open it, it is green .. like fresh .. but it turns out that it has not lost its color at all - I definitely did not expect this. I'll post the photo tomorrow.

Store dill MUST be washed !!!! This has long been known, too much dirty trick is in its leaves, bacteria, and so on.
After washing, the dill must first be dried on a towel, and only then dried in a dryer.
It is best to purchase a carousel for drying greens - it washes greens very well and squeezes out moisture especially well, you can then put them on pallets without preliminary drying.
Better to dry at a higher temperature first. and when the greens are dry, translate to tempo. lower.
Greens perfectly retain their color, it's true
lira70
Yes, I can't find this ... carousel. at normal price (((
I didn't wash it .. yes .. stupid .. that's for sure .. I won't repeat it .. we can throw it out .. huh?
Admin

Many times I saw carousels in the SPAR supermarket, they stand on the shelves, they are big and the price is only 440 rubles Look in supermarkets, and suddenly ...
Aygul
congratulations to all new dryers
and immediately the question: Is there vertical "airing"? Does the air go upwards?
How does the temperature change? Girls, write, pliz, text in a column, otherwise it is bad in the pictures you can see
Has anyone made / dried homemade noodles?
lira70
Aygul
Thank you.
1. air from bottom to top - the first photo there is a fan - the one that is black.
2. Temperature - mechanically set from 0 to 70 degrees, just not at 10 degrees of the mark but 30, 40, 50 60, 70. Between them the space - you can roughly put whatever you want
I didn't make noodles, but that's an idea!

Oh come on, come on! It seems that half an hour or an hour should be enough. Better empirically check pliz
Admin

What's the problem with drying the noodles in the dryer? We put and dry until completely dry! And the time will depend on the thickness-width of the noodles, the type of wheat or whole grain flour, drying temperature, air humidity, and so on ...
No one will have the same time

I saw this in the store today ... I thought ... Are there any spare trays and grates for it? Has anyone made marshmallow in it? what can you underlay?
Tatoshenka
Hello,lira70,! Svetlana, I want to know from you about the dryer for vegetables and fruits, how does it feel over time, does it suit you or is it better to take a closer look at another model, does it interfere with the fact that the plastic is not transparent? And yet, you made fish meat in it. The fan is not clogged up, is it fruit juice or anything else? Are you satisfied with the quality of the dried products?
lira70
Tatoshenka,
the dryer paid off, I didn't dry a lot, but what happened, I'm happy and I'm thinking of buying one for my mom.
As I understood when I read reviews about others, opaque dryers are better, they have better plastic, not so fragile.

uralochka,
I did not make pastille, I did not look for additional trays))
Irgata
Dryer Miracle-Diva Lux here - there are holes - it's convenient for a lot - and noodles to dry, it doesn't crumble, and carrots, beets, onions, rubbed with a berner, drying out and thinning, also everything in the tray, put dumplings in winter and on the balcony,

The fan is not clogged up, is it fruit juice or anything else?
the fan itself does not pour, and if the bones from the apples slip through, shake off, after the first removal Dryer Miracle-Diva Lux for washing, I did not screw it back at all - it is more convenient - I dried the batch - I shook out a trifle, the fan casing is heavy, it does not move during drying. I have a round one.
ahnata
Tell me p-hundred, what is this carousel? I also want to go for a drive Well, really, I don't know. And yet, who has the Divo dryer? there is a pallet for marshmallows, for me this is important. And I also dream of drying apples, if of course the apple tree will please you this year and make apple flour from them. Om-Nom-nom.
Admin

Pastila can be made in any dryer, and if there are no special pallets, then you can make them yourself. How - read in other topics.
A.lenka
I have an old dryer - the same, only round.
Very spacious and convenient for drying berries, fruits and vegetables.
Of the minuses. Pallets are not easily inserted into each other. The grooves are not very pronounced, you need to adapt.
I dry the grass on a single layer of gauze so that the pieces do not fall into the holes.
The upper pallets dry out weaker than the lower ones - you have to change places. But this is probably on all dryers like this, of this type.
And to be honest - there are big doubts about how to make marshmallow on it.
Because: if you cover its entire area along the sides with paper and marshmallow, how will the air circulate?
There is also no hole inside, as in Isidri, for example ...
Alternatively, buy additional silicone trays so that there is still a distance to the sides for air circulation.
But in this case, it will be cheaper to buy another, more suitable drying unit than to invest in additional equipment.
I also bought a Travola with a side fan. The thing however !!!

Admin, Tatyana, can you ask for a link on a specific topic?
Admin
Lena, the girls discussed this problem a lot, and it seems in the topic of Travola dryers https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=397515.0, you need to look at the last on dryers

And there is also a special. theme Drying grids and pastille plates - what can be replaced?
alexanderi
Tell me, can meat (basturma) be dried in it? Is the depth enough? Will it fit?
Shelena
The depth is sufficient. We dry both meat and fish.
alexanderi
Shelena, Thank you!
listika
do pallets fit well into one another? no sinking inside?

we have such a round one, pallets fall into one another, you can hardly get tired. maybe even a square has no such problem?
kartinka
Good evening everyone! We have the same dryer. I bought it specifically for trial. I don't have a summer residence, but I make preparations and buy a lot of surplus. Now, basically, I ice cream. This year it was dried for the first time. The blanks were successful. Wilted tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, eggplants, zucchini, carrots, beets and berries, candied fruits. It is very convenient - the whole drying takes up little space (+++) in the freezer, I liked the dryer.
Pros - the main thing is not fragile plastic and the height of the pallets is just right - everything fits in height, there is enough space, in any case, not a little. The shape is comfortable. Works - audible, but not critical. On the body there is a sticker - a cheat sheet for drying time. Complies with the declared. The unit is very simple, which won over. Of course, in a glamorous kitchen it will look like a dinosaur. Used intensively during the procurement period. Dried without interruption, around the clock, almost a month. For the money + 1tr approximately for the light. In comparison with the total weight of the prepared, normal. I also tried to dry chicken, I liked the meat, my hands did not reach the fish. The size of the pallet cells is also just right - not small, not large. Of course, the seasonings, when poured onto the tomatoes, are poured down, but this is important for the first tray. I've already adapted to shake off a little. When I smacked in the meat, I was the first to put an empty tray with a rug so that the wet-liquid would not get in, just in case. Dried up, and immediately the second tray to the bottom. You can adapt the type of mesh, I did it. The trays are washed perfectly - soaked in the bath, smoked, pulled out - shook off and that's it.
Cons - I have 5 trays, I want to add at least a couple, three probably won't work. The power seems to be 500 W, if necessary, I'll climb into the box in the pantry, I'll take a look.
periodically it is necessary to change the trays in places, the main disadvantage is turning off directly from the outlet - it strained me - not very convenient position of my outlet - I used an extension cord, although the cord seems to be enough. It would be necessary to make a switch immediately to the wire.
The square trays themselves are actually NOT square - the differences are VERY small - I made marks myself so that the pallets could be put on top of each other IMMEDIATELY (without aiming), swapping them. There is no container for marshmallow - something must be adapted.I tried to dry on silicone rugs, it is tolerable, even normal, but it is better to pour more liquid sources into something with edges, even with small ones. The temperature regulator is easy to twist, so we carefully put the temperature on the children ourselves
IMMEDIATELY EXPLAIN or don't give too much touch
The result is that I liked drying and drying in the dryer in principle. After the harvesting season, the pallets and the body did not move, did not mow, did not crack. The glossy sticker on the lid is a little dirty. I will actively use such blanks, coupled with freezing. I have no doubt about my own seasonings, but winter will show what types and cuts are more suitable for us (we have just started trying) If the crop is lost, such or another dryer is needed. It is necessary to modify this a little with my requests and buy pallets for marshmallows, so as not to steam with the idea and
would be great for the price. The need to use is the season, so I personally need more functionality, the appearance will do. There are enough offers in stores - but not that plastic, the dimensions are ridiculous at all, there are no pallet sides, so when I accidentally saw this, frankly, not very smart model, I bought it spontaneously, surprised by the height of the sides, good plastic. I am satisfied with the purchase, taking into account the price and the workpieces made
I do not know how to insert a photo, but it is already on the previous page. Everything is the same for me.

Cons - I have 5 trays, I want to add at least a couple, probably three will not pull.
it is better to buy a second one, for example Sukhovey M8 - there is no need to rearrange the trays, the trays are made of edible, there are also many

Rotors - chic dryers, hard workers
kartinka
Quote: Irsha
better buy a second one, for example Dry Hose M8
can I go where? It's a pity, it seems to work fine, if at first I thought, and I liked the square one more, I thought about the marshmallow, but it would be more convenient not to look for trays ... but I took it urgently, it was not up to the choice. It's also good that I didn't fall for imported funny babies - I didn't know anything about dryers - and I came here to the forum later

and this one where?
uuu .. where .. WILL BE USED

A miracle for drying "in bulk", small cuts - carrots, beets, apples, etc.

Dry wind - shallow trays, made of edible - good for drying, for halves of plums, tomatoes, bananas, for larger pieces
There are never too many dryers. I have 2 rotors, 2 dry winds, a travola cabinet - and a normul
