Ingredients

Cooking method

  • • cut sweet peppers into cubes less than 1 cm.
  • • chop the onion.
  • • cut dried fruits.
  • • Pour a little rapeseed oil or a teaspoon of olive oil into a frying pan, fry the diced onions, add and fry the pepper cubes, add and fry the dried fruits. Add balsamic vinegar, nuts, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • We start building
  • • Arrange the eggplants in a butterfly shape on a cutting board. (See video)
  • • in the middle along the braid, place half of the minced meat.
  • • put a mixture of dried fruit and pepper on top of the meat.
  • • put in the other half of the meat.
  • • Stack the slices on top of each other until you get a nice braid.
  • • Gently lift and place it upside down so that the top is nice.
  • • Top with a teaspoon of olive oil, lemon juice and a little salt.
  • • Preheat lightly in the oven before serving.
