Ingredients

Pork, neck 1 kg
Moyonnaise 50 g
Mustard 2 tbsp. l.
Spices, Salt, Pepper taste
Lemon 1/2
Mineral water 200-400 ml

Cooking method

  • For the marinade: mix mayonnaise, mustard, juice of half a lemon, mineral sparkling water.
  • Preparation: cut pork into shashlik pieces of a convenient size for you. Season with salt, pepper, add spices. Mix pieces of meat with marinade, leave for 3-4 hours.
  • Place the pieces on the grill rack and place over medium heat. Do not forget to pour water into the grill pan. Cover the meat with a lid, set the timer for 30 minutes and go watch TV.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Note

I made baked tomatoes and peppers for barbecue. I put them to the meat after 20 minutes of cooking and covered them again.
