Stuffed pepper in a multicooker Brand 6051

Ingredients

minced meat 400 g
rice 40 g
onions, carrots, eggs 1 pc
sour cream 200 g
tomato paste 50 g
bell pepper, salt, bay leaf

Cooking method

  • I have never cooked peppers in a pressure cooker, and then I saw the recipe on page 18 of the Brand 6051 multicooker pressure cooker recipe book.
  • Of course, I made my own additions to the recipe and added mayonnaise to the minced meat, and cooked peppers on a pillow of fried onions, carrots and chopped bell peppers.
  • Mix the minced meat with lightly steamed rice, chopped onions, grated carrots (did not use), an egg (did without it).
  • Put the stuffed peppers in a pressure cooker bowl, pour in a mixture of sour cream, pasta and water. so that the peppers are completely in the water.
  • Cook on STEAMING mode for 15 minutes.
  • Stuffed pepper in a multicooker Brand 6051
  • Our peppers are ready. Steamed, gave all their taste and aroma to the minced meat!

Yes ... in winter we will dream and remember with what delight we ate fresh vegetables and fruits. But it's already the middle of summer. It's time to take care of freezing the peppers. If only there was enough freezer space for all our supplies. Thank you, Tanyusha!

Thank you, Marishkin! I liked it too - this was the first time I cooked it in a pressure cooker!
All of mine were also delighted. Now they will pester and demand a repeat.

Marin, the pepper looks great. I wonder how many peppers you fit in your slow cooker? If not enough, then you will have to cook in a huge saucepan on the stove.

peppers are super.
I have 6 pieces in St. 6050. large peppers. here the bowl is a little narrower, but I think 5 pieces will fit well

Girls, thank you very much for the feedback! I haven’t been able to get peppers so quickly and juicy for a long time!

And you have some kind of Michurin peppers - huge sizes! If you take medium (normal) sized peppers, then 10 pieces will enter. We put it tightly vertically and everyone will enter !!!

yeah. I take big ones. husband is enough for dinner.
I just have only men in my family)))
and I also stuff the peppers and just all sorts of vegetables with the remains of the meat that was lying in the refrigerators. in summer, stuffed peppers have become a dish for unexpected guests. and simple and fast and tasty

Marinochka, wonderful peppers! I love them. I did it last night. It is a pity that the cartoon does not fit much. And the brazier is already scrapped.

I always freeze for the winter. with my hamsterism I still need to buy a freezer ...

And mine is missing one big ...

Girls, and not only one big one for mine, many big ones will hardly be enough for him!
And to this - a lot, a lot of broth ... This is one of his favorite dishes.
