Ingredients

eggplant medium 4 things.
bell pepper 2 pcs.
onion 2 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Hot pepper taste.
Marinade:
Water 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Garlic, herbs.

Cooking method

  • Fry all the vegetables and put them in glass (I have ceramic) dishes. Pour in hot marinade and leave to infuse for 12 hours. The recipe stated that the marinade should not be salted, all vegetables are salted before frying. But I still slightly salted. And it didn't seem superfluous to me.
