Macchiato cake

Ingredients

1 can of coffee with condensed milk 380 ml
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 120 g
butter 120 g
flour 170 g
loosener 1 tsp
hazelnuts (fried) 100 g
Impregnation:
coffee liqueur 100-150 ml
Cream:
cream 33% fat 350 ml
boiled condensed milk 2-3 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind the hazelnuts as small as possible, mix with flour and baking powder.
  • 2. Beat the softened butter with sugar, add eggs one by one and beat all together in a fluffy mass. Add coffee with condensed milk, beat again. In several steps, add flour mixed with nuts and baking powder, and knead the dough until smooth.

  • 3. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter and pour out the finished dough. Switch on the "BAKING" mode, time - 1 hour 10 minutes. Cool the finished cake on a wire rack.

  • 4. Whisk the cooled cream until fluffy. Gradually introduce boiled condensed milk and beat everything together again.
  • Assembling the cake
  • Cut the cooled base into three cakes and soak with liqueur. Put the bottom cake in the pastry ring, grease with the third cream.

  • Then do the same with the second and third layers and cover the top of the cake with the remaining cream. Decorate as desired.
