Ingredients

Razmarin
Basil
Olive oil
Potato
Onion
Garlic
Hot pepper
Salt
Ground pepper
Zucchini
Bell pepper
Sausages (pork sausages, chorizo)

Cooking method

  • All products - in an arbitrary ratio)
  • Peel, dry, cut into quarters and place on a baking sheet or in a fireproof dish. Put the onion cut into quarters, whole garlic cloves and, if desired, hot pepper.
  • Mix olive oil with salt, ground pepper, pour over vegetables, stir.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add zucchini, chopped bell peppers and sausages (pork fat, chorizo). Bake for another 20-25 minutes. It is very good to add a couple of sprigs of rosemary or sprinkle with thyme, basil.

I also added not a lot of lemon juice, I just love lemon very much I cooked for a long time, I remembered the current, so there is no photo (((I will take a picture somehow))) !!!! Everyone, everyone, everyone BOND APPETITE !!!!
