Ingredients

For the test:
Flour 200g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch
Egg 1 PC.
Margarine (melted) 100g.
Fill:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Grated lemon zest
Sour cream 250g
Milk 50g
Black currant 1 glass
Strawberry + raspberry 1 glass
Granulated sugar 100g

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dough. Cover the dough and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Then roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it in a baking dish with the sides up.
  • Beat the ingredients for pouring and pour over the dough, sprinkle with berries on top.
  • Put the pie in a preheated oven until 180g. for 50 minutes.

When it cooled down, everything turned out as it should. It became tastier in the morning when I stood in the refrigerator overnight.
