Prague cake in Oursson MP5005PSD pressure cooker

Ingredients

eggs 6 pcs
condensed milk with cocoa 1.5 cans
sour cream 400 g
flour 2 st
sugar 2 st
soda 2 tsp
vanillin 0.5 tsp
draining. oil 2 packs
cognac optional
walnuts

Cooking method

  • The cake consists of two layers.
  • For one cake:
  • Beat 3 eggs with a glass of sugar until white, add 200 grams of sour cream, 1 tsp. slaked soda vinegar, 0.5 cans of condensed milk, 1 tbsp. flour, vanilla on the tip of a knife, you can add chopped nuts. Knead the dough. Bake on "Pastry" for 1 hour. Bake the second cake in the same way.
  • Cool the cakes, soak with cognac (optional), brush with cream and assemble the cake. Top with chocolate icing.
  • Cream preparation: beat 470 gr. butter at room temperature by gradually introducing 0.5 cans of condensed milk. Add 1 tbsp to the cream. l. cognac or vodka, but this is optional.
  • We do the glaze like this: put 30 grams in a small saucepan. butter, 4 tbsp. l. sugar, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa, 3 tbsp. l. milk or water - mix everything and cook over low heat until thickened. As soon as the icing thickens, quickly spread it over the surface of the cake with a spoon.
  • Decorate with chopped nuts.

I had such a cake recipe, I really liked it. But in a slow cooker, I have not done this yet. I'll have to bake it sometime.
