Olive Oil Pie

Olive Oil Pie

Ingredients

wheat flour 150 g
milk 75 g
olive oil 75 g
eggs 3 pcs
sugar (including vanilla) 100 g
baking powder 0.5 sachet
salt 1/4 tsp
pine nuts 70-100 g

Cooking method

  • All foods should be at room temperature. So the author of the recipe insists, and so do I.
  • Weigh flour, salt, baking powder and mix in one bowl
  • We weigh the sugar. Pour in 1 packet of vanilla, add the rest to the weight with a simple one.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until white (I beat with a submersible blender with a whisk attachment). Add milk and butter and beat again until the mixture is smooth. Little by little, we begin to add flour with baking powder and knead the batter. Fill in 2/3 of pine nuts with the last, mix well with the same whisk.
  • Pour the dough into a multicooker greased with olive oil, sprinkle with the remaining third of the nuts on top.
  • We put on the "Baking" program for 65 minutes.
  • We take out, cool on a wire rack, use with coffee, tea, or whatever you like!

Note

This is a fairly well-known (and successful) recipe for Belonica (in the world of Veronica Belotserkovskaya), for which many thanks to her! You will find all the proportions that are suitable for an oven and a large form on its websites, but I just undertook to count and try this pie in a multicooker. Since I ate it literally on Thursday in the oven version, I can say that mine has the only difference: the light top. The taste turned out one to one. Maybe it will come in handy when you don't have an oven at hand. I am going just on vacation, where I will have a stove with only burners. I will definitely take the cartoon with me. So, I'm collecting recipes just for such an occasion - so that for all occasions

P.S. I forgot to warn you: I have a small Panasonic, 2.5 liters. I think you can safely make a full portion in a large multicooker (I have half here). If the crumb is slightly wet, then this is not a vice, but quite the opposite, judging by the photo of the author of the recipe.

A very interesting recipe! I will definitely try it in the pressure cooker!
Traveling with cartoons - I recently appreciated this very much when we stayed in a hotel-type apartment in Tver - the cartoon helped out perfectly!

So I'm going on vacation in the same direction - to the Tver region. Only further away, to Seliger.

Ira! a wonderful pie turned out.
I support your decision to take this cartoon on vacation.
We just got back from a trip with a cartoon. : girl_love
I took an old panasonic. My husband could not understand why I was taking it, rest and kitchen they say are incompatible. And then he admired how good it is to have such an assistant.
I advise everyone.
