  • Put a piece of butter in the bowl of the pressure cooker, in the default Frying mode, fry the onion, fresh tomato for 15 minutes, after 5 minutes add canned tomatoes, fry for another couple of minutes - simmer, add potatoes, lay out the pieces of fish, fill with water (one and a half liters). We cancel the Frying program.
  • Add salt, pepper, if you need some herbs, then them, I always limit myself to salt and pepper. If I use frozen dill, then I add it to the bowl, if fresh, then immediately before eating into the plates.
  • We set the Baby food mode, the pressure is 70 kPa by default and the time is also 15 minutes by default.
  • After the end of cooking, I took out the pieces of fish, freed them from the skin and bones, returned the fillet to the bowl.
  • If you add herbs to the bowl, then I advise you to bring them to a boil on the Fry.
  • How it was prepared:
