Note

This recipe has been living in my family for more than 10 years, where it came from I don’t remember, but for so many years such cabbage has not become boring. You can add smoked meats or just your favorite meat. Delicious

Why "Chinese"?

She had such a name initially, back in the year 2000, out of respect for the author she did not come up with a new one)

I love fried cabbage, but fried tomato is not very good. Maybe he has a completely different taste with cabbage?

Yeah ... it tastes, almost like a tomato is added to fried cabbage.
I’m garlic and cabbage ... I just don’t understand. Or rather, I can't even screw it up, not what I have.
V-tina
Yara, it and tomato and cabbage in a multicooker turn out to be stewed rather than fried, if you cook in a pan, then the taste is slightly different, but then there is much more oil.
You can take a very small tomato)

I’m garlic and cabbage ... I just don’t understand. More faithfully, I can’t even screw up, let alone eat.

Tanya, the taste is completely different from that with tomato paste .. And about garlic .. a matter of taste, of course, but I tried to cook without it - I didn’t like it (but I don’t put much of it either, 2 cloves are optimal for me)
yara
On the contrary, I love garlic. But the tomato, neither fried nor stewed
V-tina
For a start, you can take a tiny one, for such an amount of cabbage it will be like a tablespoon of tomato juice .. not even noticeable)
V-tina
Girls, I completely forgot !! Whoever loves - you can go there for a young carrot, but just a little, so as not to interrupt the taste, otherwise a completely different recipe already comes out

the taste is completely different than with tomato paste ..

Well, it is vaguely similar, because tomato is made with tomatoes.

That yes ... I somehow had a beautiful clove of young garlic at hand and I added it to the cabbage. I had to give it completely to the dog.
V-tina
Tan, well, since this is not love, you can probably try without it)) But then it will probably already be an ordinary stewed cabbage

Was the dog tasty with garlic?

And in my refrigerator forks of Chinese cabbage "bored". I really thought that the recipe was just for him, but ... it was not there

Yeah ... normal. And something a long time ago I stewed such cabbage.
And the dog was delicious. Bursting on both cheeks ...

I only cook salads from such cabbage ..

Caprice, specially pulled out an old notebook, it says in parentheses like this: (or Peking) Prepare your fork - bored, good luck!
