To be precise, 21 seconds elapsed from the moment of filling the talker to the stop of the engine!
  • I sift three glasses of flour (450-500 grams) into the bowl of the combine
  • I make a chatterbox in a glass from an egg, milk, water, salt and butter.
  • I turn on the combine at the first low speed (there are only two of them in my Phillips), pour a chatterbox into the flour, wait for the combine to chop the dough into uniform crumbs, which I pour on the table, put it in a lump, put it in a bag and in the refrigerator for an hour. That's it, in an hour I have a cool tight dough for dough rolling, which does not need to be rolled with flour many times.

We were passionate lovers of pizza, so my son, who studied at the Kalinar technical school 20 years ago, brought this layout.
3 glasses of flour with a small slide - 500g
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp no top salt
1 tsp Sahara
1 cup of more than warm whey or, in extreme cases, water (I always have whey as I constantly make yogurt and cottage cheese)
3 tsp (from a bread machine) fast yeast (at the rate of -1h. l. for each glass of flour).
I mix flour and yeast on the pulse in the processor and pour water mixed with vegetable oil and salt with sugar through the neck of the processor.
I punch the dough for 1-2 minutes until the processor bowl gets very hot.
I put everything in a bag and on the table, under a towel. And I put the dough in a clay pot with a lid and for 30 minutes. into the oven for the PROOF program. While preparing the filling, the dough jumps out of the bowl. And then I form the desired size, thickness and filling. I bake at 230C or 450F - 18-20 minutes.
On the same PROOF program, my yogurt ripens in 3 hours.
