What are pallets, nets, pastille trays, what do they look like?

Pallets, nets, pastille trays very necessary items for an electric dryer!

I show these spare parts using the example of the IZIDRI electric dryer

This is the Isidri dryer itself, and the uncle is holding pallets in his hands, so to speak, the frame itself, from which the floors of the dryer are formed. Sliced fruits can be dried on these trays.

What are pallets, nets, pastille trays, what do they look like?

How and what to replace grids and trays, we have a theme Drying grids and pastille plates - what can be replaced?

Necessary, optimal equipment:

What are pallets, nets, pastille trays, what do they look like?

First, we determine the number of pallet frames (in a set, for example, Isidri 500, only 5 pallets).
It is optimal to have:
- one tray for pastila per pallet
- one net for each pallet
That is, the number of nets and marshmallow trays should correspond to the number of pallets.

The video from the Isidri website shows well all the accessories of the dryer and the principle of its operation.

Inna, pallet - THIS FLOOR !!!!!!
A on pallet-floor put nets and trays for marshmallow

I read on the Isidri website - already in syllables -
about trays-
"the tray is installed pyramidally on the base of the dryer ... the number of trays can be increased ..."
I understand that this is exactly the floor.

and further - about pallets:
"the pallet is a removable, solid liner that fits directly into the tray ...".

WHAT should I order to add to the basic set - just one more floor? ... if the fine drying is not used yet, only the large one ...

Order these floor pallets that the guy holds in his hands, which grow up

Tanya, I get it.
The thing is that you are confusing the names - the opposite is true, and I was confused.
You call pallets what is actually called trays (they are also "dryers" - that is, the "floors" of the unit).
"Floor" is all a tray.
At first I understood correctly how it should be, - then they confused it, now everything is back to normal ..
Up build up - TRAYS

So that others, like me, do not get confused ...
from Isidri's website ... I don't compose anything

the set still includes 5 trays and one pallet

so, here it is a little confused, the opposite is true:

This is the Isidri dryer itself, and the uncle is holding pallets in his hands, so to speak, the frame itself, from which the floors of the dryer are formed. Sliced fruits can be dried on these trays.

Trays (I couldn't find a photo on the fly) for pastille, this is a flat round plastic sheet, but its edges are a little about 0.5 mm. curved towards the center and at the edges so that the liquid does not flow down. These trays are sized for pallets and fit on pallets just like the nets.

This is a transparent matte pastille tray, installed on a pallet frame. The size of a pallet, serves for drying liquids, pastilles.

First, we determine the number of pallet frames (for example, Isidri 500, 5 pallets in total).
It is optimal to have:
- one tray for marshmallow per pallet
- one net for each pallet

Since it is a separate topic, it is necessary that others understand what is called.
And they will be like me ...

Inna, I'm not confusing! If you watch the same video, then the names are different there, as I wrote. And in Russia they are called differently ...

In general, take pictures and place an order for them, based on what is needed for the configuration, and additionally

Tanyushik, FSE! figured out!
Each site has its own interpretation of names (and the main thing would not be to call it something else at all, otherwise it turns out just the opposite!)
In short, where someone orders, they call it that! It's good at least that in Russian there are still a lot of synonyms with which you can clarify the description of this accessory.
It is necessary for our "brotherly" sites Isidri - to come together and bring the names of their spare parts to a single one!
Sorry if you turned your head!
Anyway, thanks! But others will no longer fall for this confusion !!!

Good day! Can you please tell me, I found a "Non-stick baking mat" The rugs completely exclude the possibility of baked goods sticking to the baking sheet, exclude the use of oil and are easy to clean. High temperature resistance (work in the temperature range from -70 ° C to +260 ° C, for a short time up to +300 ° C); Size: 300x400 mm. Made of PTFE-impregnated glass fabric. Is it possible to use such rugs in an electric dryer

Maybe.
You just need to take into account that the dough mass for the marshmallow is liquid, and so that it does not flow down throughout the dryer (including the fan), you need small sides on both sides of the tray.

Hello. Please tell me the model only for marshmallow. There is a breeze on it dry fruit. Requires something to dry the marshmallow.
