Ingredients

Cucumbers 3 Kg
Bulb onions 1 kg
Vegetable oil 1 glass
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 3 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 9% 1/2 cup
Dill, parsley by beam
Black peppercorns 7 pcs.
Allspice 5 peas

Cooking method

  • Cut onion and cucumbers into slices
  • Cucumber salad
  • Mix cucumbers with onions, add salt, sugar, spices, vegetable oil and vinegar.
  • Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Then add chopped greens.
  • Cucumber salad
  • Stir and put on medium heat for 15 minutes. The color of the cucumbers should change.
  • Arrange the salad in sterile jars, and pour the released juice on top.
  • Roll up the jars and turn upside down, leave for a day, and then put them in a cool place.

As soon as most of the cucumbers change color, I immediately turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid. I put the salad in a jar and immediately cover it with a lid again, that is, the saucepan is only open when filling the jars.
In this case, the cucumbers are not overcooked and then they will not be soft. Then I wrap all the jars.
