Cabbage casserole (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

cabbage 800 g
eggs 3 pcs
kefir 80-100 ml
yogurt 2 tbsp. l
cheese (I have parmesan) 100 g
tomato 2 pcs
salt pepper taste
flour or starch (optional) 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage. Mix eggs, kefir, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and pour over cabbage with this mixture.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Put half of the mixture in a bowl and put the tomatoes on top.
  • Cabbage casserole (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese. Then again a layer of cabbage and again cheese.

  • BAKING program. I had to increase the cooking time to 45 minutes, although the recipe says 25-30 minutes.

  • It turned out very tasty.

Only in the description is mayonnaise written, and in the recipe, yogurt. I think in Panasonic it will work out normally on baking.

Maybe due to the fact that the volume of cabbage is larger, but also the volume of filling made more ...? How did you manage, the pouring should cover the cabbage in the pan?

Maybe like with a potato casserole - start up in two stages - first fry for 15 minutes (you can with an onion and a carrot) - it will settle, give juice and sweat on frying, then pour the whole thing, mix and bake - 40 minutes will be enough here ......?

Perhaps it depends on the type of cabbage. I used the "Slava" variety - it's a very juicy cabbage.
Pouring covered cabbage, and even tomatoes in the top layer - they also give juice. Try squeezing the cabbage a little next time so that it lets out the juice.
I don’t know what the hitch is ... The double portion, apparently, is not worth taking. Teng only from the bottom, maybe that's why the cabbage was not baked and remained tough.
