Water 1L 700 ml
Carrot 2 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Garlic Large tooth
Bulgarian pepper 1-2 pcs
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Tetrapak Tomatoes 1 multi-glass
Any smoked meats (I had a sausage)
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • We take the beans (I have homemade), rinse well and put in a slow cooker. The beans should completely cover the bottom. I have a 3.5-liter slow and, accordingly, everything under it. For large volumes, we follow the same principle, the beans should cover the bottom Firmly !!

  • We pour cold water, I measured and came out 1 liter of 700 ml, no less and no more.

For losing weight, do not put smoked meats. We do everything according to the recipe, only excluding smoked meats.
I really love the light version, I even taught my husband, although he is a meat eater and loves all kinds of smoked meats.
When I did it for the forum with sausages, he didn't even notice that I put them, but thought he was eating a hundred with vegetables only.
So I advise you to try the vegetarian option, it's also sooo tasty)
