Yeast pie with apricots

Ingredients

Flour 500gr.
butter or margarine 150gr.
fresh yeast 30gr.
milk 0.5 cups
egg 4 things.
sugar 2st. l.
sour cream 0.5 cups
vanillin
powdered sugar
filling
plums or apricots 700gr.

Cooking method

  • The cake is very easy to prepare.
  • Dough
  • Grind the butter with flour.
  • Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
  • Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
  • Combine flour mixture with milk-yeast mixture, whipped yolks, sour cream.
  • Knead a soft dough. Roll out and place on a baking sheet (baking dish)
  • Grease with whipped egg white on top and spread the fruit. Preferably with a sandpaper for the dough.
  • Decorate the top as desired.
  • Leave to come to a warm place (previously covered with foil) for 1 hour. The dough goes very well.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 220C for 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar on the baked cake. Cut warm.
