Marina, how great! I have a girl who can't stand a liver. And she would not hurt to eat her. Well, in this form, I think she will not give it up. I take it to bookmarks.

Probably no other way, just in a waffle iron. Otherwise, it's just ordinary pancakes.

So, you have to buy a waffle iron ... I think it's worth it for the sake of such a recipe ...

Thank you all for your kind words!
My little girl (1 year old) chewed them with pleasure. The middle one (3 years old) tried and refused, and the older one made "sandwiches" - even though she ate it!

The recipe is very interesting! But ... I have a waffle iron for thick waffles! I wonder what it can do ... I must try!
And for the idea I will carry a plus sign!

Marina, brought a report in a waffle iron for Belgian waffles)))
Liver waffles
Of course, it's difficult to call them waffles, but such cookies for a snack!
For testing and for a sample, I took a chicken liver.
Instead of bran, I put semolina and let it stand. But then the mass seemed very thin to me, I was afraid that I would not collect it and added 1 more egg and a little flour! They were fried and baked very easily and quickly!
Mar_k
There is even nothing! Beautiful! I have molds for Belgian waffles, and I will experiment with them. And they ate all the dry Waffles, the husband tucked in both cheeks, and the children ate. So now it’s better to do this, otherwise they just eat the liver very badly.
nila
Of course, for children it is more interesting and tastier in the shape of a flower or a heart! Moreover, the taste of the liver is very weak! Such delicious and healthy cookies!

A very interesting recipe, I want to try it. Only now I have a problem with the bran (((Do you think you can replace the bran with oatmeal?
Mar_k
LucyZ, try it, then tell me! And why not, you just need to grind it to make it small !!! I'm waiting for your impressions!
