  • Grind the yolks with half the sugar white, add vanillin.
  • Beat the whites separately with the other half of the sugar until a firm, firm foam.
  • Add sifted flour to the yolk mass and mix well.
  • Then add the whipped egg whites, mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into a parchment lined mold. Grease the parchment.
  • Bake at 180 - 200 degrees. about 30 - 40 min.
  • For chocolate cakes, add 3 tablespoons. spoons of cocoa into the finished dough.
  • CREAM for cake layer
  • For the cream I took two rates.
  • Cook vanilla pudding according to the recipe as directed on the packet. Take half the milk to make the pudding thick, cool.
  • Whip the cream with a glass of sugar.
  • Add any sour cream, preferably not greasy.
  • Soft butter, vanilla sugar 1 pack.
  • Beat the cooled pudding at medium speed, then, continuing to beat, gradually pour in the creamy-sour cream-sugar-margarine mass.
  • We increase the speed and beat everything until fluffy.
  • Cream for mastic
  • Beat the butter white.
  • gradually introduce condensed milk, continuing to beat until fluffy, stable.
  • "Confectionery plaster" for coating a cake under mastic
  • In the above cream, under the mastic, add a very finely chopped biscuit (trimming from trimming)
  • If there are not enough of them, you can use any sweet cookie, for example, such as \ "Lady \", \ "Sugar \", etc.
  • The cuts were chopped with a blender.

Eh, a real nice endgame would add a twist
Aprelevna
googled "endgame", thought something edible ...
Irina, a beautiful cake, but somehow I can't come to terms with margarine in cream ..
I never use margarine, only butter, in general, I always thought that margarine only goes into baking and cannot be eaten raw
Merri
I agree with Aprelevna about the cream, but the cake is unusually beautiful !!!

Excuse me, but what is “endgame”?

Excuse me, what is an "endgame"?
Endgame (from German Endspiel - "end of the game") is the final part of a chess game.

I have been friends with German for 20 years, I just didn't quite understand the meaning ... You mean "MAT" ...
Yes, I wanted to put a “checkmate” for a greater effect, I had such an idea, I studied different moves and positions of the pieces on the internet ... but I didn't dare to sculpt other figures, I was afraid it wouldn't work ...

Thank you!!
It's not exactly margarine ... You can smear it on bread instead of butter. Like "Rama" for example ... The cream turns out to be not so oily, but light, airy ...

This is margarine. In another way, light oil.
The oil must contain only animal fats.
And if vegetable fats are present, then this is no longer butter, but margarine (spread) or light butter)
Irina2101
In general, I took mastic in my hands for the first time ... I saw enough of all kinds of beauty in the internet, I got inspired and decided to make something too ... And then the 45th anniversary of my beloved is on its way ... So I "depicted" a surprise for him ...

A couple of years ago I made a chess cake for my husband, he was MM in chess, so he placed a position under dictation, I thought for a long time what could be put on a piece of 5X5.

No, I'm talking about a beautiful arrangement of pieces even before the end of the game.
But yes, you are right, a beautiful mat would look even more wonderful
