Ingredients

pork (sirloin) 1 kg
carrots (medium) 1 PC
onions (medium) 1 PC
For the marinade:
olive oil 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1-2 h l
light honey 1 tsp
gin 50-70 ml
juniper berries (dry) 1 tsp
mixture of four peppers 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper on the tip of the knife
woodruff dry 0.5 h l
dry marjoram 0.5 h l
ground smoked paprika 0.5 h l
For the sauce:
cream 33% fat 150 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Crush the juniper berries and pepper mixture in a mortar and combine with dry herbs and cayenne pepper. Mix gin with honey and olive oil. Cut the meat into small portions, rub with a mixture of spices. Place in a small container, pour in the soy sauce and the remaining liquid ingredients. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  • 2. Cut onion into half rings, carrots into thin slices. Turn on the "Fry" mode, time 5 minutes, fry the vegetables with a small amount of olive oil, remove from the bowl and set aside.
