Pepper Snack (Chushka Liver) in Philips Air Fryer

Ingredients

Fresh bulgarian pepper 12 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt
Vinegar
Vegetable oil
Greenery for decoration

Cooking method

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees. Put the peppers in a basket in one layer. I fit 5 pieces. Bake until the skin begins to flake and the pepper is slightly golden. Remove and fold into a plastic bag. Repeat until all peppers are done. Let the peppers cool to room temperature. Under the influence of steam in the bag, the skin of the peppers will completely flake off. Peel the peppers and arrange them on a flat plate, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with vinegar and vegetable oil. Spread the garlic from the garlic press on top. Decorate with herbs.
