How many did not try to make pickled cucumbers in different ways, everything was wrong and for some reason they were always soft. (so there is only one way out - pickling). And then in 2015 I saw your recipe and decided to make it, I think I wasn’t (there were a lot of my own cucumbers and I didn’t seem sorry). Made 1.5 liters. I put the jar (all according to the recipe) in the refrigerator and safely forgot about it. I remembered already only this winter before the 2017 New Year. Got it I think well FSE Khan them. And you know what my surprise was when I opened the nylon lid There was not even a hint of mold, but the scent !!!!!! hard crunchy cucumbers. Conclusion: I learned how to make pickles URAAAAAA !!! And they can stand for more than one year. THANK YOU!!!

Svetlana, I came to say thank you very much for the cucumber recipe. I made two cans for testing, because in the summer I got a few cucumbers. And among them were both small and overgrown. As always, a native bread maker came to the rescue. I did it, but I just opened it now. Everyone who tried it loved it. I, myself, do not really like drums, they seem to me too sour and there is no such crunchiness as I would like. And these cucumbers, right, pleased in everything. I decided that now I will do such. Thank you!

Made three cans of 2 liters. One is in the refrigerator at +3 - it does not leak. The other two are in the other at +7, it seems. I don't know if both were leaking or one. But one is full of brine, the second is not enough 5 centimeters from the top. And I see bubbles - apparently wandering. Probably, this can is down the drain? I still wipe the brine in the refrigerator - it's leaking. Can I top up the brine (water and salt, or cucumber juice and salt)? I cooked about a week ago. Or a little more.
