Water 400 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Panifarin 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mode - fast, 2 hours, crust - light, size -L.

Note

After an unsuccessful attempt to bake rice bread with a crispy crust and taking into account the fact that there is only 200 grams of flour left, but we do not sell it. I decided to try baking quick bread with leftover rice flour.
Here's a recipe I improvised myself.
The bread turned out to be higher than the bucket. The crust is very good. The roof burst slightly on one side. I will cool down the cut. Very soft. I think I need to reduce the water by 10 ml.

Yes, I poured so much liquid. But I think 390 is enough.

I think it's better to take a dairy-free rice porridge: it just consists of instant rice flakes. I've done this with corn flour and rice flour, though not according to this recipe.

I completely agree with you, Olympics. You can do this with any flour. In our city, except for buckwheat, no one is sold anymore. But I make oatmeal from flakes.

This recipe was written down long ago, but I spontaneously decided to bake it. Confused by the amount of liquid, but poured 400ml. When kneading, I added flour, about 4 tbsp. l. with the top. It seems like a box was formed, I looked in, and there ... I'll wait for the result. Perhaps the flour will swell during the kneading process?

It is possible In a x \ n bucket is exposed to a temperature of about 190 * C.
You will bake bread in the oven at the same temperature.
Then what's the difference in temperature around the bucket?

I put the HP bucket in the oven under the grill several times. Nothing bad happened to the bucket. I don’t know how the frequent repetition of such procedures would affect, but I’m fine with the bucket.

I baked rice bread according to the recipe given.
Only without panifarin (well, it is not sold here), and put 2 tsp of yeast. I took 360 ml of liquids. Basic program for 3 hours, medium crust. It turned out to be a wonderful bread! Thanks for the recipe!

Thanks to the author. I baked bread according to this recipe. Water 360 ml. yeast 2 tsp salt. 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp l. The roof of the finished bread has fallen a little. But the height of the bread is a parasite. He jumped out of the bucket. I liked the bread very much. I have a ski bread machine, the main program, the crust is medium.
