AHA, they are the most.

Very delicate and seemingly airy! And if you put it on a shortbread, it will probably look like a cake! Took a pencil thanks!

That's so beautiful!
Does the protein casserole taste and structure differ from the usual one?

Is the protein casserole very different from the usual one in taste and structure?
Yes, they are. Protein is denser and more elastic. And the taste ... is worth a try, the difference is palpable.

Elven, Thanks !!!
Come on, ok?
In what did you make the casserole, in the oven or in the cartoon?
I adore it in any preparation and in any form. Hot, cold - no difference, delicious!
I also got hooked on it, although casseroles, soufflés, which I did not bake, but this is what I need!
Elven
Come on!
I baked in Brandyush on the Rice mode, only the time increased to 20 minutes.
I don't like warm casseroles, but this is something!

At 6050? In it, I get casseroles on rice, but in 6051 it did not work, the program turns off.
Elven
Yeah, in 6050 ... she's the only one I have. I saw your first attempt to bake it in 6051, but then it turned out just fine!
Elven
Here, I am showing a photo I cut the casserole warm, so I wrinkled it a little

Vikulya, I am grateful to you again! Today I had to urgently dispose of a pound of cottage cheese, I decided to bake your casserole again ... it turned out much better than that time! Such airy, like a soufflé I used only 2 squirrels, I crumbled a banana in the middle I could not resist, I ate a large piece With this forum, soon I will only roll sideways at the door Next in turn is your pie Bead

I'm lazy! how glad I am, how glad I am that the casserole has stuck with you.
Sometimes I feel sorry for the yolks, but then I remember what a delicious casserole with only proteins and put the yolks in the refrigerator, then we eat the casseroles, beat the yolks and a mask on my face, neck ...! Life is good!
Elven
yeah, we'll find where to attach the yolks

Uuuu, I haven't eaten with a banana yet.
I ate with apricot, ate with cherries, but did not eat with a banana.
Elven
Try it sometime, very tasty
Katko
What a cool casserole, easy in terms of preparation and ingredients.
Thank you, I will definitely report back, just yesterday there were 2 squirrels left, I bought kefir, just run over for cottage cheese
Vichka
Katyusha, yes, the casserole is easy to prepare and very tasty, I would call it not a casserole, but a dessert, because it turns out to be very tender.
Katko
Vichka, baked yesterday ....
The main thing: delicious
But I didn't get it so airy and high: girl_pardon: the squirrels were whipped well ... but I probably don't know how to mix them into the bulk
We need to watch the video and read the forum how it's done correctly
I baked Phillips 3039 in a multi for 45 minutes + 20 did not open the lid, but it settled down decently anyway ...
In the morning we ate with tea, we liked it, I will repeat
Vichka
Katya, thanks for your feedback. Sometimes casseroles settle for me, too, but this one never settled, I liked this casserole more cooked in the oven, it is more tender, only with it you need to be very careful, it can fall apart.
Katko
Vichka, thanks, I will definitely try it in the oven
but about the interfering of proteins, all the same over read
Vichka
Usually protein should be added in two or three doses, quickly but gently stirring from bottom to top.
Katko
And then I think I need to "catch" this "gently bottom-up" and not overdo it))))
