Zest of 1 lemon

Cottage cheese 100 g
Philadelphia cream cheese
(or just 170 g of cottage cheese,
if there is no cream cheese)
70 g
Vanilla sugar
Cornstarch (or whatever it is) 0.5 tbsp. l.
Yolk 1 PC.
Dark raisins (can be soaked in rum) handful
Sugar to taste
(the sweetness of the filling, just check it to your taste)
Coating:
Half of the egg remaining from cooking half the dough
and milk
1 tbsp. l.
Melted butter to grease the bottom 50 g

Then, from the point of view of the Gastronome, the loaf should be dipped in melted butter upside down. I do not like to drag it back and forth with my hands (it is deformed, the dough is very tender), if you dip it, your hands are in oil, so I put it upside down with a pinch (bottom) on a spoon. Spoon on a plate, grease with melted butter and put it on a baking sheet with a spoon. All. Fast, clean and beautiful:

Take a deep baking sheet and line it with parchment. Buns are laid out at a short distance from each other (as close as possible than in my photo). Before baking, they need to distance themselves for about 30 minutes under a towel. Then grease them with a mixture of milk and eggs and bake at 180 degrees until a beautiful golden brown crust. It will take about 20 minutes.

I thought for a long time whether to put them in the subject with cabbage pies or separately, since I use all the same dough of mine. I was looking for baked goods with a search engine, it cannot be that no one here cooked such famous rolls and found nothing. Or my pens are quite crooked. Do not swear strongly if someone has already laid out.

I decided to post it separately, since it would be unrealistic to find them there later. Nothing supernova, super-amazing. These are the most common bays. And without any strict adherence to the traditional recipe.

These are burgers (with a bit of filling). In fact, you can call them pies with cottage cheese, only they are molded into buns and baked by a "family". They should be tender, rich and hot. I did it with cottage cheese, and poppy seeds, and with dried fruits, and even without filling, but with filling from cream, etc. In fact, this is just an idea, you are free to realize it according to your attitude. In the grocery book "About Milk and Eggs" (it seems in it) there is a recipe for Bohemian buns (they called them that way, with a note that it was a buhteln). They suggest dipping the bottom of each bun in butter, with the explanation that then they will easily peel off from each other. I also baked without oil, they peel off like that, but with oil, of course, it is even more perfumed, so I decided to use this technique, but it is not necessary.
There are a lot of photos, of course, but personally, I would rather see someone do it once.
