Ingredients

In general, look at the peculiarities of your oven, in my photo you can see that the dough is overexposed, I decided next time to pull out the cake exactly when it "grabs", but it will still be white)))
  • In the meantime, we beat the whites using the usual technology, it took me just 15 minutes, well, we are preparing the berries! I had strawberries, not very sweet, so I sprinkled them with extra sugar))), that's why the pie was soaked sooo much, making the photo not very attractive, but it tastes good !!!
  • We take out the cake, lay out the strawberries, and cover all this beauty with proteins))), in the oven for another 15 minutes, look at the state of the proteins, I got them a little pinkish and strong!))
