Roast Russian in the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Meat (beef or pork) 300 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Dry red wine 100 ml
Sour cream 200 g
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • We cut the meat as for beef stroganoFF; onions - in half rings, we fry everything on the "Fry" mode with the lid open - we don't go far, the process is going fast! Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices, put them on top of the meat, add salt, add spices, pour wine - very good Abkhazian "Lykhny"! Then mix, sour cream on top.
  • The default mode "Meat" is 70 kPa, 20 minutes.
