Ingredients

Fish fillet (I have pollock) 4 pieces
Crab sticks 100g
Cheese 100g
Cream 150 ml.
Lemon juice, spices, salt, pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Marinate fish fillets with lemon and spices, I added rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fish shells.
  • From foil make cups without a bottom according to the number of fillets.
  • Fish shells.
  • Wrap the fish in cups in a circle.
  • Grate cheese, dill, crab sticks finely chop, salt to taste and pour cream.

Note

It is better to take thin, small fish fillets. This will make it easier to twist. I had a large one and I cut it in half and stuffed it with difficulty into the molds, because it was thick.

It is easy to pull out a fish from foil, it does not fall apart and retains its shape when serving.

I think 30 minutes will be enough, I stopped a little while I fought with a new ice cream maker. In Pokhlebkin's many recipes, baking in the oven is given 25-30 minutes or 15 minutes on each side, but less for cooking.
