Chocolate sponge cake in a multicooker Redmond

Ingredients

Milk 1 tbsp. (250 ml)
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil (can be drained.) 1/2 tbsp.
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • For a small multi, I halved everything. Can be measured with a multi-glass.
  • Combine milk, butter, sugar, cocoa and beat (you can even use a regular whisk)
  • Pour a little less than half of this mixture into a ladle - this will be the glaze.
  • Add eggs to the remaining mixture, beat again. Add flour with baking powder into the liquid mixture, if it is liquid, then add flour until thick sour cream consistency.
  • Grease a bowl with oil, pour the dough and into a cartoon for baking.
  • Check for readiness with a skewer or toothpick. You can take it out immediately, cover it with glaze. I usually have enough glaze to impregnate the inside.
  • Glaze: just boil the mixture in a ladle over low heat, you can add a chocolate bar.
  • 2nd version of this biscuit.
  • Do not divide anything, beat eggs with sugar and continue as usual. The finished biscuit can be cut into 3-4 cakes and layered with your favorite cream.

The dish is designed for

Note

The recipe is taken from the site, the author Tatiana- druzhina ... Thank you very much.
This is our favorite biscuit. It is very easy and quick to do.

P.S. I looked through all the biscuits, I did not find such a recipe (perhaps it is, but under some interesting name). Therefore, I took the liberty of putting up a biscuit recipe.
