German pie with fresh plums

Ingredients

premium wheat flour 500 g
Saf-Moment yeast 5 g
sugar 100 g
salt 9 g
butter 50 g
milk (I have whey) 250-350 g
plum 1-1.5 kg
jam or apricot jam

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough until smooth and ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes. Crumple and let rise again.
  • These are recipe recommendations.
  • I kneaded the dough in the evening and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Before baking, take out the dough and warm it for an hour. Then roll out on a baking sheet and leave to come.
  • In the meantime, cut the plums into quarters without cutting to the end and remove the pits.
  • Put the plum on the matched dough and sprinkle with sugar (if the plum is sour). Bake in a preheated oven until 200 degrees. 25 minutes
  • Grease the finished pie with jam.
