Cheese roll with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients

Hard cheese 500gr
Ham 100gr
Mushrooms 300gr
Dill 1p.
Eggs 3 pcs
Ground black pepper taste
Salt taste
Mayonnaise 4st. l.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Stage 1. Wash the mushrooms and chop finely. Fry them in oil.
  • Stage 2. Boil eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Step 3. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • Stage 4. Mix everything, add chopped dill, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Step 5. Put a full piece of cheese in hot water for 20 minutes. Then take it out and roll it out while still warm on a thin layer (about 5 mm thick). Grease this rolled cheese with cooked minced meat and roll tightly.
  • Step 6. Wrap the prepared roll in aluminum foil and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Stage 7. After this time, take out the roll and cut into layers, serving as a snack.
