Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs.
milk 300 ml with eggs
water 100 ml
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l
salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 4 tsp
flour 600 g
yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs, add milk, water to them and pour into a bucket of a bread machine. Then butter, salt, sugar, flour and yeast at the last moment.

Note

During the formation of the bun, add another 0.5-1 tbsp. tablespoons of water, if necessary. This is my mother-in-law's recipe for the Kenwood bread maker, but my Vitek 1991 ST bread maker turns out awesome pies. Thank you mom for the recipe !!

Point of Light , you can knead any dough in a bread maker. Surely you have a program: dough, dumplings, quick dough, pizza and the like. Knead the dough and it can be proofed there, if the program has a proofing stage. And bake in the oven.

The recipe is super. the first time the pies turned out. The dough from the bread machine (dough mode for 1.5 hours) is soft, elastic, almost does not stick to your hands. Stretches well. Ideal for pies, even for sweet ones, albeit for savory ones. She baked pies at 180, the crust is thin and golden, the crumb is delicious under it, the filling does not come out at the seams. You don't need to look for another recipe.
