Jelly snails

Ingredients

jelly (powder 90 gr) 1 pack.
marshmallows (75 gr) 1 pack.
cold water 118 ml.

Cooking method

  • 1. Lightly grease a rectangular / square container with sunflower oil. I have a silicone mold (about 24 x 24 cm), I still missed and did not regret it at all.
  • 2. Pour jelly into a microwave container. The original recipe had orange, but I only had cherry. Fill with water and microwave for 1 min. We get it. Stir well until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
  • 3. Put marshmallows in the same container (preferably orange, but I had strawberry ones) and in the microwave for another 20-40 seconds. I took it out after 30 seconds and it was already swollen. Mix all this fragrant porridge thoroughly into a homogeneous mass and pour into a mold.
  • 4. Leave for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Since it's hot now, I put it in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
  • 5. We take out the form, carefully pass the knife along the edges. Then we begin to twist the tube. In silicone, it is also convenient to do this by the fact that I did not twirl it with my hands, but helped myself with the shape itself. We put the tube on the board (I covered the board with a film) and cut it with a thread into pieces about 1.5 cm wide.
  • Who does not know how to cut with a thread: we take a thin silk thread, put it under a jelly sausage, cross it on top and tighten) So it is very easy to cut even the most disobedient products)
  • 6. Enjoy the delicate taste)

Note

I could not resist ....)))
I saw the video recipe on "The Simple Cooking Channel" and it impressed with its simplicity! And, considering that my family consists of sweet tooth, I decided to do it right at the checkout)) The result pleased me - a VERY delicate delicacy! Plus, I was pleased with the delamination effect: a two-layer blank was obtained from a homogeneous mass. My most important "sweet eater", a five-year-old dotsya, said that these are the most delicious snails she has ever eaten! The most difficult thing in cooking was to go to the store for jelly on such a fry)

How great (y) I have to try. Thank you

Lilya you have very, very beautiful snails. Well done
BlackHairedGirl
How interesting! Need to try! Thanks for the recipe!

Everyone-. Do it, girls, try it! I have already ordered both raspberry and orange snails for tomorrow) Even my husband, who categorically does not accept jelly, became interested and tried it! Like this)

: girl_claping: I'll bookmark it, they asked for my jelly the other day!

Lily, what kind of jelly? What does it look like? And without a microwave in any way? And then I have her nicht.

Jelly is the most common, powdery:
Jelly snails

But with or WITHOUT a microwave, it's hard to say, I haven't tried WITHOUT. I think slow heating will replace micro. All the difference in the process is in speed, no more.

Lily, very cool, your snails look appetizing!
We love jelly very much, so I'm already starting to learn how to make

Questions:
1. What is marshmallow, I read it in the internet.
That is, to buy something in the store:
Jelly snails

2. Explain this point in more detail,
I still can't understand, "fragrant porridge" is just a swollen marshmallow?
and how does it and jelly not mix when pouring?

Thanks for the comment)
1. You have found the desired marshmallow - this is a chewing marshmallow, otherwise it is a marshmallow.
2. When the marshmallow is inflated, it will be on the surface of the jelly, such humps-bubbles are porridge) You need to mix well, you get a homogeneous, even foam. In my case, pale pink. And immediately fill in the form.

As soon as I saw your masterpiece, my hands were combed right away to make such beauty and deliciousness, and why there were hands combed, one can say itching all over my body went as I wanted such a miracle.
And now it is standing in the refrigerator, it is getting cold ... And then I was afraid that in the heat of 33 degrees nothing would freeze
Only during the work a couple of questions arose:
1) How much water is used in the bookmark for a pack of jelly in the original? The same 118g? (I have jelly in a bag of 100 g and it says I need 400 ml of water, though I poured 250 and a little more by the eye)
2) Did your marshmallows dissolve well in jelly syrup? And then they did not want to dissolve in me. Something like a spoon squeezed them out, but still small pieces remained
Piano
I also poured it on the eye, since the jelly did not dissolve in 118 ml (warmed it three times) ... I'm waiting for the result. Pts want to observe the stratification.
Malva
Girls, my orange-strawberry jelly is cooling now. I did it again, observing all the proportions. I pour exactly 120 ml (2 ml is not measured)) although 400 ml is indicated on the pack (95 g) and for 1 min in micro. My micro is powerful, I don’t remember exactly, more than 1000. Then I stir it well with a whisk, and the rest of the sugar and gelatin disperse. I think if there is more water, you will either not wrap the jelly with a roll, or it will not be as elastic as in ordinary sweets. Then for 40 seconds I put a pot with marshmallows, it swells. And again in the hands of the whisk. Today I took another brand of marshmallows and it seems to have remained in small pieces for me, but beat until frothy. Now there are no lumps. I'll go wrap it up and post the photo again.
Alenkina
Well, what can I tell you .... the initiative is punishable ... nevertheless, in vain I poured more water than indicated ... it froze badly, I definitely won't turn it into a roll
For that with a spoon, how delicious it comes in (albeit weakly, so that the eyes are on the back of the head)
Thank you very much for the recipe, I will try observing the recipe grammar

Here are my oranges:

Jelly snails

Overexposed in the freezer a little, unwind)
And further. The cherries were the tastiest - good balance of sweetness and acidity. Although the child is truncated))

Lilia, thanks for the clarification

, I don't understand yet and so

all the same marshmallows ----- put in an almost dissolved jelly and heat again until a foam is obtained on the jelly surface?

That's right, we throw marshmallows into hot jelly and for 20-40 seconds into a micra. When removed, the marshmallow may look slightly puffy, keeping its shape. And you whisk it, whisk) That is, whisk everything together: both jelly and marshmallows. And only then the warbler turns out. After, already in shape, this warbler exfoliates.
nimart
Hurray, kettle, I understood, finally Thank you, Lilechka!

I'll go from the Internet to look in nearby stores

Report: solidified despite the greater amount of liquid and a lubricated form. It didn't work out - so they cut that into squares. Oh no .... Buy a silicone mold or what? I poured it into a plastic tray for brakes - it turned out plump, that's why there was nothing to fold.

I think that the taste buds didn't care what form of yummy it was))
And I was once again glad that I have a silicone mold. She raked up all the silicone and in a few years only 4 types have justified themselves: square, cupcake tablets, separate cupcake tins and rugs. They turned out to be the most versatile. The most sticky and non-gnawing dishes pop out of the silicone like cute ones. Very rarely, something sticks. I sing a song of praise to silicone!

Lily! An interesting recipe! Beautiful snails! I have no doubt that they are delicious! : nyam: Let's do it!

Thank you, Lilechka, for an original dessert! I made it with kiwi jelly, but I took it a little more than you indicated, and in vain - if the jelly layer is thick, then it cracks. I didn't dissolve the jelly in the microwave, but according to the instructions I mixed it in hot water, but I already warmed up the marshmallows there. It turned out delicious!

Lorik ... UHXXXX !!!! What a beauty!

And here are my snails!
Jelly snails
parchment covered with silicone was laid on the bottom in an iron mold, everything was wrapped up perfectly! One thing is bad ... after 3 minutes they were gone, I managed to take a good picture!
Today I still did it, but the parchment is ordinary, it was torn off badly and it took a little more shape, the layer of jelly is therefore thinner. So, girls, who did not wrap up snails, I think it's a matter of silicone and the size of the mold!
Thanks for the recipe! Now I take it from the bookmarks into my notebook!
dopleta
I poured it not on silicone, but on oiled cling film, which I covered with a porcelain mold. And she rolled a roll with this film.
Pten4ik
Mavka, and thanks from me! The recipe is just a miracle! Original, simple, beautiful and tasty!
Apparently my marshmallows were "wrong" (or rather "airy marshmallows"), 75g was very little. But jelly for my 20x20 mold is too much. But what I liked very much, I will continue to do it with new proportions.
It turned out very bright, funny and tasty!

For the new year I will make all kinds of flowers and decorate everything I can

Girls, I'm glad you liked the recipe! Thanks for photos! Eh-eh, inspire me to search for new recipes for the simplest goodies ...

Today I also tried to make this yummy. I had strawberry jelly and marmyshki. But I could not find a normal form, well, I did it in what was found. And there was a glass baking dish, but narrow and long. Therefore, the snail roll was not very good, but it did not affect the taste. I will do more, but next time I will put more marmyshka, because the layer turns out to be thin.
Lily, thanks a lot for the recipe! I ran to put a plus sign.

I wanted to put Lilya a plus sign + and came up with this recipe!
And how did I miss such a treat!
All! I take a pen and write it down desires shopping: mail1: buy a bag of marshmallows and a pack of jelly ... urgent! Oh, sorry, I'm not going anywhere today!
nila
Lily!I made them, but I couldn't taste them ... I didn't have time for my husband
Now look! I had 2 packs of jelly) raspberries and kiwi, and these are the marshmallows with ATB. As you can see, the weight is 200g. I made the first with raspberry jelly and measured the weight of the marmyshka strictly according to the recipe! With the second call, I spread kiwi jelly and, by inertia, poured out the entire remaining package of marmyshka (ate a couple)
Jelly snails
And here is the result ... which means I did not obey and did not respect the proportions! The green jelly did not peel off, but dissolved in the marshmallow mass! But it did not affect the taste at all, the white rolls were even washed softer ... my husband liked it! And he told us, you will do it again!

Just arrived and bought marmyshek and jelly, went to work a miracle
Kat,and we have kiwi jelly like mud in every store heaps, and not toko with kiwi ... can send?
Hairpin
Nile! Thank you!!!
Several years ago I was faced with the fact that our flavors came under a license for alcohol. Now they are already there, but then as a cow licked her tongue from the store shelves. And in Ukraine these flavors are a dime a dozen. Well, we agreed with Tuscarora (Kharkiv) that she will pick up something that is not in Ukraine, and I will collect flavorings for this amount. And I tried so hard not to forget anything, not to miss ... that having translated the wishes of Tuscarora into flavors ... I did not understand that I ordered a WHOLE WAGON !!!

In the end, there must be something that is not in Moscow ... We only have Wild berries, Orange, Lemon, Green Apple, Raspberries, Strawberries ... everything seems to be ...

nila
It is clear that you were provided for half your life!
Cherry, pineapple you have not yet named, there is a banana. For some reason I do not respect the forest berry. And you also need to look at the manufacturer. Most of all I like Mriya.

I came with a report! Well, I'm not so smooth, but ... the road will be mastered by the walking !!!

The recipe is really very interesting! Thank you!!!

I decided for myself that I need to take a double portion ... Then it will be clearer.

Hairpin, the report is accepted) I'm glad that I liked it.
Tanyusha
I tried Shpilkin's snails (which are in the photo), I liked them very much, I ate everything that she had left.

Happy New Year everyone!

On this topic:

I still can't find marshmallows in my city, maybe I can order it on the Internet, but now it's not about that

I went to the Rodinna Kovbaska store, where they sell dairy products, bread, cookies, and cakes.

And they had jelly snails, they were called wrong, the seller did not remember the name.
So this is what I mean:
The jelly mass was on a waffle sheet, I think this is a good idea, as it is easier to roll into a roll.
And you can even eat a little more

It turns out that the waffles were soft, smeared with jelly and then rolled into rolls?

Girls can store it without a refrigerator?

I think an ordinary rectangular wafer sheet was spread, and then according to the recipe: cool and twist

I'll try it myself, even without marshmallows

Girls can store it without a refrigerator?

One portion will not have time to store, and if for future use, then, I think, in the refrigerator in a bag
