I bought myself a NOVEX bread maker. They said a new company ... there is nothing about it anywhere !! Am I the only one so far such an owner? ... the first time there was some kind of rattle when kneading ... but the dough was dry, the second time I added less flour and there was no noise! And so the bread really turned out! Who will buy or what will hear about this company, write !!!

If I understood everything correctly, then this is the site of the manufacturer 🔗

Apparently, the company decided to switch to household appliances, which is interesting. Tema7, we get some bread?

It looks like this:

or like this:

Just like in the top photo! I won't tell you a lot about bread yet - it was baked only once ... it turned out to be very dense ... probably a little too much flour ... but still tastier than shop! today I tried less flour - it interfered easier, but I haven't cut it yet - it cools ... and it also cracks on top ... well, I think I'll put less yeast next time! We will try! I will inform you about your successes!
Tema7
The bread turned out to be amazing !!! 8) I put flour for traditional white, not 520g (as in the recipe from the instructions), but 500 ... the difference is palpable
lella_baya
My husband gave me a bread maker as in the picture below.
The first time I made bread according to the French bread regime - I did everything right, but the yeast failed (there were old ones).
The second time according to the recipe for sweet bread with raisins, nuts - it seems ok (tasty), but it didn't rise too wet inside
For the third time I will use sweet bread only with jam - it has not risen almost, it is incomprehensible whether it is baked or not (too sticky inside, albeit with holes)
Now I bake ordinary bread, I put twice as much yeast - but it has risen, as it turns out I'll write.
In general, I don't know how to use my miracle of technology to get really tasty bread.
And one more thing: the color of the crust is medium, and the top is generally light without a crust, and the bottom and sides are very brown.
Elena Bo
lella_baya, bake until you get used to it and understand all the intricacies of baking simple bread.
With jam (if you added it to the flour), very hard to lift. Raisins, nuts (depending on how much and when to add) also make it heavier (raisins must be washed and dried).
The fact that the top is light is most likely a feature of the model (something is incomplete).
Read Baking Basics - you will learn a lot for yourself. Good luck.

My husband's sister has the same as in the bottom picture, but white and manufactured by Kenwood, and the model is VM-210.

I also bought such a bread machine as in the picture below. The first time I cooked French bread, it turned out, tasty and rose well. Then I tried sweet with cinnamon and nuts, added candied fruits, very tasty, but it turned out the second time. Tried pizi dough today, so so. And she also made strawberry jam from frozen strawberries, very tasty! But there are few recipes, who knows, tell me.
natalka
Take any recipe from the site, they are all suitable for any stove. Just pay attention to the weight in order to correctly set the program.
Lenata75
There are few recipes. I didn’t find any recipes for pizi or anything tasty.
natalka
On the left side, where are the producers, open Hitachi. There will be recipes in a separate column. For a start, you can try them. In general, if desired, on the site in the documentation for each stove there are recipes and in large quantities. You can choose and print. Well, and most importantly, go through the Site Menu (also on the left side of the screen) to the forum, and there you search by topic. Or another option, through Search (also on the left). Type in the desired theme and choose from the found.

How little recipes!?!? I made a book for myself by downloading the recipes of the site, only recipes for "Yeast Bread" turned out to be 45 pages. Now I am processing new ones, there will be 20 more pages. Then I bake a little, check it, adapt it for myself.

I got Novex NBM 7012. I am delighted so far. True, the first bread was made with soda, called Irish. Everything rose and baked perfectly, but I didn't like the bread itself, and the second was classic white. Super.
If anyone needs it, I can scan the recipe book. It is, however, small, but it may be useful to someone.
lella_baya
I do not know what to do!!!
My bread did not want to pull out and I helped him with a wooden spatula, and today I discovered that there are small abrasions of the non-stick coating inside the bucket. So I think whether the bucket is sold separately to the X / P or can it be further exploited? Isn't it harmful for us and for x / n?
Tanyusha
lella_baya small erasures are not terrible, use them further, it is not harmful for you and the bread machine. A separate spare bucket can be purchased at the service center.

Hello to all bakers! I read the forum for a long time, and decided, for a start, to stop at an inexpensive bread maker, good-M-Video is nearby. Acquired Novex NBM-7011. So take it into your ranks))). But there was a problem - somewhere on the way home they lost the instructions (((, there was no point in going back to the store, because they bought the last bread maker. Who can help.) The service center has not given an answer yet, but I really want to try my bread. ..
natalka
This stove is very similar to yours.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=36&Itemid=80 Maybe they were made in the same form, but under different names. Look at her instructions, maybe it will suit yours.
MikhailM
natalka, many thanks. Judging by the programs and their execution time, the instruction will do)

And a couple more questions. Will my oven cope with kneading tough dough? How to determine exactly on which program to bake bread according to a particular recipe? (instructions and recipes even for the "double" of my oven are very poor) ...
natalka
The instructions on page 59 describe all the programs, which one is for which bread. Read it, be sure to figure it out. The only thing that can get confused is program 4, it is for baking on a baking powder. There is no special program for dumplings / dumplings dough, but you are not alone in this. Everyone finds a way out and kneads this dough on the dough program that is, but without further proofing, and pull out at the end of the first batch. In those ovens where there is a simple dough program, it lasts from 10 to 20 minutes. So count on it.
natalka
Yes, I forgot to write about the recipes. You can use any from the site, just do not forget about the maximum weight for your stove and, if necessary, count the number. Good luck!

I was presented with a simple Chinese HP. I am an inexperienced person in baking, and here is also a technical innovation. I would like to share my experience with experienced bakers.

Adopt a newcomer owner of Novex NBM-7011 into the family. I have a stove for a week. I baked French three times - all three times successfully. Today I want to try to "swing" the cake. I'll just choose a recipe!
Nadiy
In vain she swung at the cake. It didn't work out. But French on sparkling water is just a miracle. If you want to see pictures and the recipe, then follow this link

Take the Easter cake recipe from Elena Bo. You can take 2/3 of the dose of ingredients for a sample, everything should work out. Bake on a sweet program. Successful and delicious bread!

Thanks for your feedback. And do not give a link, I have not found. Deal from fugaska, but apparently our stove modes are the same by name, but different in time.

You probably haven't rummaged in the "dough" section yet, but there are so many tasty and interesting

The dough is good. I myself have a lot of dough recipes, but my stove does not bake well, so I bought a bread maker.
Nadiy

I also bought such a bread machine as in the picture below.

You have had this stove for six months already. Share your opinion about her. How does it work, whether breakdowns have begun, etc. I have it for only 3 weeks so far. I am pleased with her work.

Joined the ranks of Novex NBM-7011 owners!
The first time they baked French. It turned out amazingly! My mother had LG, so she had little experience in baking. Gonna swing at the cupcake. True, there are very few recipes in the collection. Will seek!

Good day to all!
Yesterday my husband unexpectedly gave me Novex 7011. Now I am among you.
In the evening I tried to bake ordinary French bread, but for some reason it did not rise ... now I want to try again. But I already want a sweet or a cupcake.
What do you advise? What are the proven recipes for this particular stove and with proportions that can be measured with a glass from this particular stove?
I will be glad to help!
Nadiy
Congratulations on your purchase. Mine works without interruptions so far. If the gall does not rise, check the yeast, I had a problem because of this. In general, I advise all beginners the recipe "French on mineral water", a win-win, when I bought the stove I first tried it out of my recipe, I didn't really like it, and then I went to the site and for some reason chose this from all the recipes, I am still grateful to the inventor of this recipe GruSha ... Here's a link https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1755.0
LIPKA
Made 2 times already French for mineral water ... delicious. But I do not understand why my loaf turns out to be a maximum of a third of a bucket? 900 gram? so it should be?
Nadiy
No, it shouldn't. Change the yeast.
LIPKA
Nadiy, which ones do you take?
and what should be the loaf? the length of the whole bucket?
by the way, is it possible to bake bread in the "French" mode, replacing all the liquid with milk?
Nadiy
I am using Saf-moment Fast-acting Yeast. And look at the height at the link that I sent you. I put up all the pictures there and also what I experimented with with this recipe. And for some reason I don't like milk. It's harder for me.
unts
I'm happy with the bread maker so far. All the bread works out. :) I baked French on mineral water, Darnitsky according to the Fugaska recipe (though I improved it a little - I add dry kvass concentrate - 2 tablespoons, but the taste is completely different!), Orange jam and muffins. I took the recipes from the site, thank you all !!! The weight of the products was measured with a glass marked in grams (flour, sugar, water, etc.)I think it's better to bake muffins in the oven. And everything else is just superb! We no longer buy bread at all. All success and good luck!
Nadiy
And you made these breads according to some recipe or on the basis of "mineral water" "
LIPKA
I made it with milk and herbs, and with raisins .... very beautiful and delicious came out!
and I'll try again on mineral water ...........

I didn’t get enough of the NOVEX NBM-7011 bread maker, I didn’t find information and reviews about it anywhere, if possible, please let us know your opinion and comments.
So far satisfied, 12 programs, a relatively small price, a recipe book, which, in my opinion, should be treated with caution in terms of the weight and volume of the ingredients loaded.
Moore
I have one. But recently, and I am not just a "young baker", but a natural baby. Nevertheless, all the results (5) are successful, with the exception of the very first one, and then she messed up herself. The recipes from the instructions just do not bother me, I did only according to them, in my opinion, everything is harmonious. I'm still going to do something according to the local recipes, but for now, at least systematize and adjust the measures, times and sizes of loaves for other models of bread makers, but I have a hard time with mathematics
Oops, there was a topic about this bread machine.
Moore
Can you please tell me, can you bake rye in this oven? There is no special regime, but something should fit? Basic? Whole?
Cake
Even those who have the "Rye" mode in their bread maker practically do not use it, because on the forum they took Ideal setting for rye bread
"Dough" mode (or "dumplings") + 1 hour of proofing (oven is off) + "Baking" mode
Thus, the dough does not fall off during the rise - this is very important. Rye flour (or its mixture with wheat flour) is heavy for yeast. So the members of the forum came up with such a combination. Simple and convenient. I have a stove with programming, I myself have laid such a program in my memory. Well, you do not strained on the "manual mode". But you will get rye -
Moore
Cake, thanks for the advice!
How glad I am that such a forum was found wonderful. So many useful things. Today I will try a recipe from the forum

Kind time of the day.
I want to give my mother a bread maker. The choice settled on Novex NBM-7012. I would like to know how it is in operation? because the firm seems to be new and have not met with it before.

I don’t know which Novex NBM-7012 is, but I am very pleased with my 7011. So far, she has no complaints. The bread is both white and gray, the dough for the pies turns out great, The only thing that didn't work out for me was Easter cake. I tried to make it as soon as I bought the stove, it didn't work out, well, I haven't tried it anymore. But I think it didn't depend on the stove.
I climbed on the site and looked about 7012. Everything is the same as in 7011, only mine is oval, and 7012 is rectangular, and 7011 has accelerated baking 2 modes. So take it, you won't regret it. Yes, Panasonic and Moulinex are heaped up, but they are also more expensive. If your mother does not need to program the oven herself, then Novex NBM-7012 is enough for "yourself." The only recipes sometimes have to be customized, but it's not that difficult. And if that here on the site, they will always help with advice.
Lenata75
A good oven, and easy to operate. Good gift
Nadiy
I completely agree. Now Darnitsky was baking, some complain that it turns out to be dense, they want fluffy. And in our stove, I just get fluffy all the time, and my son loves fine-pored. Can't get it. The bread tastes great, but fine porosity, as in the "Stolichnoye store," cannot be achieved. Well, we will continue to work on this problem.
