WE ARRIVED!!!
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

It is difficult to find words to correctly describe the experience of the pressure cooker.
But if we compare 6051 with 6050, then the second looks like a simpleton
I'll start as we examine.
The set includes a standard set: lower steamer, a glass, two spoons, instructions and a recipe book.
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

The bottom of the bowl is mesh. I have never had such a cup, it is very interesting how it will behave.
Bowl weight 579g.
The difference between the top and bottom of the bowl, 2.5 cm.Top 22 cm, bottom 19.5 cm
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

There is a pressure sensor on the cover
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

The sensor can be easily unscrewed, as a result of which the lid of the pressure cooker becomes free from the body!
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

Outwardly, the pressure cooker is honestly BEAUTIFUL !!! GENTLE !!! Time will show how gentle it will be in practice.
This is the first inspection of the pressure cooker, now wash and cook !!!
Vichka
Sniffed the whole pressure cooker! : girl_haha: I didn't find the smell!
I washed and poured water to the upper division, adding lemon, put it on "porridge" on the high pressure.
madames
Vichka! What is VD? I don't have a pressure cooker yet. therefore I will study here with you. Interestingly, is the case of 6051 Belenkaya, all made of plastic? For beginners in more detail, please explain your actions, I am probably not the only new one in Pressure cookers. And I'm also waiting for the reports and I will wait for impressions, and how it works. Thank you.

Lena, HP is high pressure, and LP is low pressure.
The body is completely made of plastic. It is not completely white, but slightly with a gray tint and only around the edges of the case is pure white. The lid itself is light gray.
It is difficult for my camera to reproduce the color exactly, but it still shows that the bulk of the plastic is not pure white.

Vikuska!

Let's cook something more substantial than lemon soup.
By the way, about the soup, did you smell during cooking?
Lemon soup is ready !!!
Unfortunately, it was not possible to time the pressure rise, as I made a mistake.
It is necessary that the pressure regulator is on a special pin.

Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
I didn't pay attention to him, so the pressure didn't build up.

It is very convenient and safe to relieve pressure. The reset button is located in a safe place from the emission of steam
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

Well, the sound of the program shutdown I didn't really understand what it was
Quiet, but very beautiful, like a melody ... or it seemed to me ... it was unexpected and I didn't quite understand.
madames
Vichka! Thanks for the last photos of Brandushki-Beautiful !. No words, I like it more and more. And it's great that not quite Belenkaya, I will just be for HP-Binatoshka, she is the same color. There will be two Assistant Friends and Beauties. I'll wait to see if Brandushka can fry a chicken with a crust. We'll wait for something like this to be prepared. Thank you.
Vichka
: lol: We thought and I decided there would be a casserole!
Then rice for a side dish, then pilaf, in the morning rice porridge, soup for dinner.
If the octopus crawls, we'll cook it too!

Rice program, VD, 20 minutes

By switching on the "rice" program, and without turning the lid all the way, incl. start heard the sound of a bell and the display showed EO.
]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
I put the lid in the correct position, set the pressure, time. A running snake appeared. After a while I heard the sound of a bell. It turned out that the display showed zeros and the countdown began. The lid turns, there is little liquid, the pressure is not accumulated, and when it is turned, the sound of a bell is heard again.

Did you cook it for the first time?
I cooked the casserole with proteins many times in the oven, I haven't tried it in cartoons, and probably right. This casserole is very tender. Even cooked in the oven, it must be handled carefully. But it's sooo delicious.
In a pressure cooker, the casserole turned out to be completely different, liquid and not fluffy.

Mode "RIS"

Garnish rice
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
Parboiled rice 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp., Butter.
Rice program 15 minutes, high pressure.
Before turning on "start", turned off the "heating"
I thought it would be a lot of 15 minutes, but when I tried it, I liked it.
Loose, soft rice !!!
Elena Bo
Eh, sorry
Yes, there are things that cannot be cooked in multicooker and pressure cooker.
For parboiled rice 15 min. just right .
Vichka
Quote: Leska

Vichka, can you share the casserole recipe?
Oven casserole.
Cottage cheese 2 packs; protein 2-3; honey 1st. l; corn starch 2 tbsp. l; vanillin; apricots.
Beat whites, add honey and beat again. Further cottage cheese, vanillin, starch. Pour into a greased dish. Arrange the apricots on top. Bake at 180g, 30 minutes (depending on the oven) Do not take out immediately, let cool while the oven cools down.
The casserole is very tender. I cut it into shape and carefully transfer it to plates. Then it gets stronger, but I love freshly cooked casseroles.
But I did it on Sunday, it's a pity I didn't take a picture.

Mode "RICE", "FRY"

Pilaf with chicken
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
Chicken breast, 1m / cup parboiled rice; 2m / st of water; for 1 hour l. cumin, barberry, turmeric; 1 / 3h. l. black pepper, salt, garlic.

Frying program 25 minutes and rice 9 minutes, heating 20 minutes.

The pilaf is wonderful. In general, I like pilaf in a pressure cooker much more than in a multicooker.
The rice is wonderful.
When the lid is closed, for the "frying" program, in the "closed lock" position, an acoustic signal sounds and the display shows EO. Therefore, frying must take place in the "open lock" lid position.
The frying of vegetables was delicate. Frying carrots and onions took 15 minutes and another 10 minutes for frying with chicken.
Unlike 6050, 6051 has one type of frying.
The pressure cooker bowl is completely clean, there is not a single sticking point. I was honestly surprised by this, I was very distrustful of the bowl with a mesh at the bottom.
Lerele
Wow, what a beauty !!!!!!
By the way, I fry all the meat for frying. So the absence of different frying is normal.
Elena Bo
Vichka, these bowls don't stick. The main thing here is not to run it. Make sure that no scale forms on the bottom, it is immediately visible, the shine disappears and the bottom seems to be with a touch. It is cleaned off with the hard side of the sponge.

The instructions say so.With an error of 10 grams, in both directions.

It turns out that in 6051 you cannot cook with the lid open at all, unlike in 6050? It would be sad. However, today I will see it myself: they will bring it. They offered to deliver yesterday: unfortunately, I was not at home. According to the reports, it is completely different: more complex than the 6050, which I simply adore for its simplicity.
madames
Vichka! Tell me, did you set the "frying and rice" programs, did you set the pressure yourself? or is it a built-in program?
Irene
I read the instruction manual on the company's website. Fry with the lid open! This makes me happy.

Frying - time is set, we do not set the pressure, the program does not work under pressure.
Rice-time is set, you can change; I set the pressure myself.
Vichka

Mode "MILK Porridge"
Rice porridge, time 15 minutes, high blood pressure
proportions 1: 5, sugar, butter
cold milk, round rice

Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

Heating did not turn off (it turns off before pressing start)
After 15 minutes, standing on the heat, the lid of the pressure cooker unlocked.
The bowl showed that the porridge was not going to run away at all, traces of milk were only at the level of the poured milk. Boiled rice, soft.
Kashka was a success !!!

A minute later, the pressure began to build up and in three minutes, with a small difference of one minute, rose to 70 kPA.
How is this displayed on the control panel? The strip opposite 70 is highlighted?
And what happened next, 70 kPa remained all the time of cooking?

As soon as the set time appeared instead of the snake, 15 minutes, the pressure was 20 kPa; a minute later, 30 kPa was displayed and so on ..., having reached 70 kPa, the pressure remained that way until the program was turned off.
Gibus

Lower pressure from below. When the pressure rises, the stripes are added and at the highest, everything burns. The picture above is 70kPa
uncommitted pressure looks like this
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
Gibus
that is, if the instructions for milk porridge indicate a pressure of 30kPa, this means that when 30kPa is reached, the valve will close and the time will start. But then the pressure still rises, reaching the maximum 70kPa?

If I understand correctly, the porridge was cooked at 70kPa, and not at 30?

I thought ... ... by default it will be 30 kPA and 15 minutes, but I left the time, and I set the pressure to 70 kPA myself. It seems to me that if I set aside kPA 30, the pressure would not rise to 70.

Ah ... So you yourself changed the pressure to 70! Got it. Thank you
Vichka
As I use the pressure cooker, I gradually learn its capabilities.
Very satisfied with heating off. To date, she turned off the heating when stewing chicken and baking a biscuit.
Drew attention to the O-ring. It is fixed with a metal hoop. I think, in this version, the ring will not float in soups.
The pressure relief is very convenient, safe, since the pressure regulator is at a safe distance from the reset button.
Bowl (to my surprise) like it. Nothing burned or stuck. Everything is washed wonderfully.
RepeShock

Yes, turning off the heating is a thing
And the bowl, as in the 502nd, really does not stick to it and you can wash it with a brush.

Mode "EXTINGUISHING"
Chicken in kefir
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

Chicken in kefir, one of the simplest and most delicious dishes, and also dietary!
Chicken breast, chicken seasoning, kefir.
Installed: "extinguishing", VD -70, time 15 minutes, turned off the heating.
The set time, 15 minutes, was displayed after 12 minutes.
Probably you can set it for 10 minutes at 70 kPA or the same 15 minutes, but at a lower pressure.
Such a chicken suits me perfectly, I like it to be sooo soft, but someone loves maybe differently

Salt the chicken breast or other parts of the chicken, mix with seasoning, put in a bowl and pour over kefir so that the chicken is greased with kefir. With a large amount of kefir, a lot of excess liquid is formed.

The total time was 53 minutes (from turning on the "start" button to turning off the program.

The biscuit was baked great.
Opened the lid after 20 minutes.
The sample will be removed due to the dryness / humidity of the biscuit, I will be in an hour (I have "glasses")

Larissa, Yes, what's the recipe, all by sight!

One chicken breast, salt / seasoning to taste, pour with kefir, but so that the chicken looks out, it was, as it were, smeared with kefir, and not filled, otherwise there will be a lot of liquid.

And how is the biscuit baked in the Pressure Cooker different from the Multi.? And in general, are there any other dishes prepared in the Pressure Cooker? Probably softer and softer, more dietary. Vichka, wait, you can't open the lid, even if the pressure is small - it's still the pressure. It is impossible to cook in it, as in a multicooker (opening the lid at any time). Only if in manual mode, when the temperature is selected below 100 ° C, or on yogurt, frying, etc.

that is, it turns out that after all, this is a 100% pressure cooker, and you won't be able to combine everything in one device anyway.
Why then they call these devices a multi-cooker-pressure cooker, I do not understand
