After working for only 25 years, x \ n HITACHI HB-B100 died quietly. The timer is working, heating is working, the supercapacitor is in order - apparently the motor is covered.
Two questions:
1. What x / n to take instead of the deceased?
2. Who needs spare parts? The bucket does not flow, the blade is in place, the unit is clean.

P.s. And maybe someone will tell you how to fix it, it was a painfully reliable unit.

TOKA worked for years, but she was clever with you. And you did not try to take it to the workshop. Maybe you can replace the motor there? Well, like for diagnostics, they say it costs money to repair or not.
And which one to take, I'm not your advisor. I like my Kenwood 450, others like it. Here you need to look at your capabilities and desires.

agdp In terms of reliability, only Panasonic can compete, alas.

I also have a Japanese machine since 1983 = SANYO kitchen processor. And also 20 years later (I was working alone then) the brushes burned out - it was 3 years old, there were no analogues of native brushes, then I found master and he repaired and asked to take care and repair, repair and repair, because this quality is no longer and will not be, and the parts are all replaceable, and not as is customary now - everything is in blocks.

The letter says - yesterday (i.e. 06,02,2015) this is a server glitch, or true. If the truth is, the shoulder blade remains.

There was no one to repair, they threw it away, leaving a bucket and a spatula. Bought after a year of busting between Panasonic and Mulinex - Zojirushi, while I like it.

For the future, everyone who will have the same symptoms as the author, for models of the HBV 100-300 series.
This will blow the thermal fuse inside the motor from overload. Officially, with such a breakdown, the entire motor changes, but it was possible to open the motor itself and put a jumper from FUSE to 2A, the repair takes half an hour.

Hitachi HB-B100. When turned on, an "E" error pops up on the display, which means the stove is overheating. breakdown of the temperature sensor. (this is what we managed to find on the internet)

Error E3.-problem in the temperature sensor
errors when starting E00, E01, NNN (moulinex stove) -Check the voltage in your network. Check the inscription on the nameplate by the stove at what voltage.
If the stove is new, then contact the service, possibly a breakdown in the electronics.
If it has been used for a long time, then check the rotation of the axis in the bucket with your hand, whether to spin or not. Try to start the stove without a bucket for 10 minutes, if it works, then the problem is in the drive, bucket mechanics.
Also try to run from another program, dough, cupcake, jam, etc.
If it does not help and you yourself cannot check the internal electronics, especially if it is still in the warranty, then only directly to the SERVICE center \
error E01 The instructions say If you use two programs in succession according to the classic recipes, wait 1 hour before starting the second program. Otherwise, error code E01 will be displayed. (This is moulinex OW 6002 HP)
Probably the same indicators for your HP Merry Christmas

Naturally, the bucket, the stirrer are all right. Corps too. But about the motor (etc. I don’t know, since we do not have service)
Selling all for 1500 thousand. Payment for shipping separately.
