Yeast dough (collection of recipes)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 600 g
Milk 200 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 250 g
Dry yeast 4 tsp
Margarine 200 g
Egg 4 things.

Cooking method

  • My observations:
  • 1. eggs of different sizes - it is necessary to control the batch (well, or who knows how to immediately control the amount of liquid + eggs in a measuring cup)
  • 2. I melted the margarine - it makes no sense, because in an hour of temperature equalization, it still hardens. you can just throw it in a piece.
  • 3.when the buns are already cut, let them stand, increase in size, then anoint them with an egg and sprinkle with sugar (for beauty)

Note

Only yesterday I made (for the first time in my life!) Sweet pastry, it turned out to be simple, everything worked out.
I took the recipe from a book from Panasonic, I divided all the products by 2 (to reduce the portion), from the reduced portion I got 2 buns of buns and "hedgehogs" (make cuts on buns slightly elongated in shape with scissors, you get "thorns" like a hedgehog).

Methods for cutting the dough, I spied on this forum in the topic "Cutting the dough", there were links to good-cook.

Good evening everyone! I would like to share my recipe. My mother has been making the same dough for Easter all her life. We just love him. But the recipe is different from yours and also very tasty. Mom always made it in an enamelled 10-liter bucket. So, for such a bucket you need:

1 liter of milk
50 g fresh yeast
200 g sour cream
0.5 kg sugar
200 g butter or margarine
0.5 l of sunflower oil
10 eggs
vanillin
salt to taste

It turns out a lot of dough. Mom always makes a lot of pies, rolls and buns to treat all friends.
Thanks for your recipe! I will definitely try!

Recently I bought HP Panasonic, and today for the first time I made butter dough according to the same recipe, as here on page 1 of the recipe. It is called "Moscow Bun" in the book of recipes for Panasonic. I read that the author succeeded here. But I got a very thin dough, like pancakes. I had to mix a lot of flour into it. And then it was molded like plasticine, not like ordinary airy dough, kneaded by hands.I'm at a loss as to why I did this.

I recently communicated with the dough, I couldn't find a recipe for delicious buns, but I liked it ... But I changed it a little.
Glass 220ml
Milk 2/3 tbsp water 1/3 tbsp
Fresh yeast 100g
Sugar 200gr
Eggs 3pcs
Margarine plum 180gr pack
A couple of pinches of salt
Flour 700gr
I made it in KhP, first I dissolved milk, water, sugar and yeast in a bucket, then melted the margarine, added eggs, flour with salt and dough for 1.5 hours. The dough is sticky! She was tying her hands together. oil, leaf too. Half an hour for proofing and in the oven. Made with jam from ranetki, with sugar and cinnamon ... Delicious, lush! Here are just very large ones. I can't insert a photo, something ..
