Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I put the dumplings on the mode. 20 minutes and your dough is ready. Let it lie in a warm stove for another 10 minutes.
  • While the oven is kneading the dough, prepare the filling:
  • Pour the lemons over with boiling water, grind with the skin, or grind in a blender - be sure to remove the seeds first, they give bitterness. Add sugar and flour.
  • Divide the finished dough into 1 \ 3 and 2 \ 3. Roll out the larger piece and line the bottom of the form, forming the sides on the sides, then lay out the filling, roll out the second piece, cover the filling and pinch the edges so that the filling does not run away. Bake until the top is browned.
