Cabbage pie Delicate (pressure cooker Brand 6050)

Ingredients

Margarine 250 gr.
Sour cream 400 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Soda 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Flour 2 tbsp.
Cabbage about 0.5 kg
Onion 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Glass 250 ml.
  • Beat the eggs well.
  • Melt margarine, add salt, sugar, sour cream, pour everything into the egg mixture, mix.
  • Add flour and baking soda, mix well. The dough should be thicker than the pancakes.
  • Fry cabbage with onions, cool.
  • Pour half the dough into the bowl, then the cabbage, then the dough again on top.
  • Baking mode 1 hour.
