  • Melt sugar, eggs, honey, soda and butter and heat in a water bath until a fluffy white mass. Then add flour and knead. The dough turns out to be watery, stretches for a spoon. But do not be surprised, after standing in the refrigerator for about an hour, it will become elastic for rolling.
  • It is better to divide the dough into 7 parts (I divided it by 12 and it turned out to be only 22 cm in diameter, but as a result there are a lot of cakes, a very tall cake is obtained.)
  • Roll each part on parchment and bake at 200 C for 5 minutes.

  • In general, take it out as it turns red. You should immediately cut the circle and the trimmings will go for sprinkling. So bake all the cakes.

  • Beat the cream with powdered sugar, adding to taste, then add sour cream and beat again.

  • Beat the cream and then beat with condensed milk.
  • Assembly:
  • Grease all the cakes with alternating cream. The cake is ready.

Boiled condensed milk. The paper does not need to be greased. There is enough oil in the dough, but of course they must be removed as soon as they got out of the oven
