Poured oil to the bottom:

Then chopped beef (here I am wrong. I had to first fry over high heat, but I threw raw)

Then onions (was it necessary to fry onions ... Probably, it is necessary ...) and then tomatoes:

Then the eggplants, which I had previously rolled in an egg, then flour and fried in a pan. I poured the rest of the egg into the same place (in the pan where I fried the eggplant):

And finally cheese + herbs. Cheese herbs (white pepper, thyme, oregano, etc.):

I put it on for extinguishing for 3 hours and for another couple of hours it was all heated. It turned out like this:

My beef was lousy (there was a piece of soup left) ... Next time I'll switch to mutton.
