Ingredients

fresh berries (I have strawberries, and black currants are frozen.) 2-2.5 st
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 50 g
vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l
cream 100 ml
milk 200 ml
flour 1 st
sour cream 150 g
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Flonyard is a famous French dessert made from the most tender dough, and clafoutis is its predecessor. Translated from French "flonyard" - "sweet", "gentle" - this is exactly how it turns out. Dessert is quite difficult to transfer to the dish, so you need to prepare it in a detachable or silicone mold. You can also cut the dessert right into the mold.
  • It prepares so quickly that you don't have time to enjoy the process.
  • Rinse the berries, dry and distribute on the bottom of the mold.
  • Beat the yolks with two types of sugar, cream and milk.
  • Add flour, continuing to beat and add whipped egg whites. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  • Next, pour the dough into a mold (diameter 22 cm) with berries and bake at 180 ° C for 35-45 minutes.
  • Lubricate the cooled flonyard with cream and decorate with berries.
  • While the dessert is being prepared, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy. I added 2 more tbsp. l powder.

Of course, you can do whatever you like with the recipe: including replacing the cream. I also want to try pouring strawberry syrup with cream. You can add a little starch as a thickener.
You can replace the cream and whipped whites with sugar.
