I just baked some bread. It turned out to be a very beautiful tall one, though 1.5 hours before baking I had to open the lid and trim it a little. I'll take a sample and write how much the appearance matches the taste.

The bread turned out to be just right for my daughter, half-wheat, half-wheat to her so-so, and this one eats with pleasure! I converted the water in grams to ml, it turned out 280 ml, but I still splashed a little into the dough (maybe it depends on flour?), So it turned out about 290 ml. Thank you!

and I baked such bread last night ... A very thorough recipe, a kind of magic wand, always successful. True, before baking, I cut the roof with rhombuses, as it turned out for a reason ...

And so that the bread has big holes, you need panifarin.
I am a beginner baker, so tell me what panifarin is, is it possible without it, and what to replace?

I am a beginner baker, so tell me what panifarin is, is it possible without it, and what to replace?
Panifarin composition: wheat gluten, ascorbic acid, enzymes. Refers to bakery improvers. You can use dry wheat gluten (GLUTEN) instead. Needed for baking bread containing rye or other gluten-free flour. Both add airiness to the bread and increase the height of the loaf.
You can bake without it, just the bread will be denser and lower.
For wheat bread, it is sometimes also used if the flour is not of very high quality.

I tried to increase this recipe to 600 grams of flour, baked at night. The roof was blown up on one side - I poured a little water - I was afraid to pour more, but I didn't want to control the bun at night. But that’s not the problem. The finished loaf turned out to be only 820 grams instead of the expected 950-970. Please help me figure it out!

I put it on to bake, after the first proofing, they turned off the light for 1.5 hours ... I got upset, but did not get the dough, and later turned on the "main" mode (x \ n bork). it turned out to be quite a nice bread, a slightly uneven lid, elastic crumb with holes ... and most importantly - delicious. visiting my parents (who are already used to my constant research), everyone wondered - where is the new bread? i.e.no one even had a suspicion that they had dinner not with "Trusov's gray bread", but with freshly baked village bread !!! in this regard, I would like to say a BIG THANKS to the author for such a quick, affordable and simple recipe! now this will be one of my favorite recipes!Rustic bread in a bread maker (by Link)after baked 3 more breads., everything is successful!

I'm afraid to bake something without sugar. We got used to my homemade bread over the years of baking, until I came across this site, so that the bread was sweet as a loaf. White had such a recipe with accompanying recipes. And when I got acquainted with this site, a new life began with us with new breads, loaves, buns, etc., etc.

Albinochka, and what prevents you from adding a spoon (well, or the amount you need) of sugar to the main recipe ?!

Although bread without sugar is great ... and not only according to this recipe ...

Albina
Of course I will try this bread, first in the first edition (no sugar)

Thanks for the recipe! Very simple and tasty bread, the children only eat this way))) I am a beginner baker, and before this recipe I began to regret buying a bread maker, because I thought that bread with an ordinary taste can only be baked with the help of a bunch of additives (malt, extra-p , gluten, etc.) And here it is happiness, your recipe! Thank you again!

Hello. I have only been living with a bread maker for 2 weeks and have not quite figured it out. Please tell me how to increase the proportions to 1 kg? The bread is awesome but we are 700 gr. few
VENIKA
I am not an author and I myself have relatively recently lived with a bread maker))), so professionals will probably answer more correctly, but in my opinion, you just need to increase the amount of ingredients by a quarter, keeping the proportion. That is, approximately: 495g. wheat, 120 rye, 370 ml of water, 2 tsp of salt and in addition to 1 tsp of yeast contrive to measure another 1/3 tsp. despite the fact that the measuring spoon is usually divided into quarters))
Enyasha
Thank you for the bread recipe! So simple and so delicious. The gingerbread man was small, but the bread was big enough!
Delicious bread for everyone!
