I put eggplant on top of the potatoes for dinner, I just didn't take pictures, I cut the potatoes into 4 parts to warm it up for my beloved in the evening. Who loves eggplants until they are fully cooked - put them under the chicken or, if desired, cook in another way, I like it when I feel that this is eggplant and not mashed potatoes and I don't like very spicy ones. Served on a plate with a tomato cut in the shape of a mouse with eyes and mayonnaise spout and a bouquet of celery and cranberry flowers. Cranberry with chicken goes very well in my opinion.

So you can free yourself from cooking for the whole day, having such a roomy assistant, you just have to think over the menu and combine the products. How much I cook in it, I have never regretted my choice. I thought that I would put her on the shelf, but instead she settled "on a constant". It was necessary, along with the acquisition of a slow cooker, to apply for an expansion

  • And here is lunch for the parents. It should be noted that at the time of creating this recipe, the time is 13-40, that is, 6 hours have passed since the preparation of these dishes. There was no need to warm it up, since I turned off my favorite at 7-15, but left it in a ceramic bowl. A very useful device for elderly people who need meat to be soft and cooked.

Celery also gave a certain taste, I put it in a little, and so that it does not taste bitter I make a seasoning: chop cabbage, carrots, preferably red onions, celery, cut the garlic in half, pour in olive oil and put in the refrigerator, after a week the seasoning becomes more tender, there are no bright tastes, there is an ornate taste of vegetables and herbs.if crushed into porridge, you can make cheese sandwiches and bake in an airfryer, oven, anywhere. Only in the case of sandwiches, I first put the seasoning on the bread (Black bread with red pepper and cocoa from Shurshun) and leave it for 5 minutes so that the excess butter is absorbed into the bread and does not allow the cheese to slide off the butter during the baking process.
When preparing this dish, it is important to remember that eggplants absorb salt only on the way, and I think it will not hurt to marinate them beforehand (they did not marinate in the recipe): cut into thin layers, then into a bowl with seasonings, garlic, salt, a teaspoon of vinegar or several with lemon drops for a day in the refrigerator, and then, squeezing out the liquid that comes out of them, put on the chicken.

In the remaining light gravy, you can make a lot of dishes. I still have a bag of sprouted soybeans. The undoubted fact is that the nutritional value of germinated grains of wheat, legumes and soybeans is much higher than the products of their processing, since most of the nutrients are in the germ of the grain. Sprouted grain is a twofold increase in the content of vitamins E and B by almost 2 times, it is absent in processed foods, and vitamin C appears in sprouted sprouts. I don't think you need water, chicken gives a lot of broth on its own and there is also fat from duck and butter from seasoning. There are already a lot of gravy, and it practically does not boil away in a slow cooker.
